As the economy continues to develop and technology advances, people’shealth care needs are constantly changing, and medical services has alsogenerated new demands. In this context, the family doctor came into being, withthe expansion of the scope of the pilot of the family doctor, family doctors workgradually spread to the suburbs and rural areas.Based on the research findings of a number of quality of service, combinedwith research of many scholars in the field, with SERVQUAL, combining thecharacteristics of family doctor services, through theoretical literature research,expert interviews and field research, etc., on the Shanghai Q District fourcommunity health service centers conducted an investigation, through thefindings of the investigation and analysis, and ultimately find a Shanghai suburbQ region represented the family doctor service quality factors, the establishmentof tangible, reliability, trust, responsive, human services, effectiveness andeconomy of service quality dimensions of family doctors factors indicators.Since then, the difference between the study were used to analyze and testmethod T Q district of Shanghai, the family doctor service quality survey data foranalysis. In the difference analysis, we find that, expect service with patients ortheir families to provide family doctors there are still some gaps still need to beimproved. After the difference between the two indicators for each analysis andT-test, the paper found that family doctors expect QOS Q district residents andtheir families, yet it there is a gap, you need to work in the future and strive toimprove the quality of service the family doctor. The reliability, responsiveness,human services, and other indicators of trust need to focus on strengthening.Secondary indicators, in addition to the family doctor instrumentation and personalized services, other indicators are to be strengthened.This paper has the following major innovations.First, this article from the patient and family expectations and the actualperception of the two-level departure, on the outskirts of the family doctorservice quality tangibles, reliability, trust, responsiveness, human services,effectiveness and economy in seven dimension was evaluated. Perspective interms of the quality of medical services with the former slightly different.Second, this paper established a suburb of Family Physicians QOS factorsindex system, and conducted a series of empirical research. Empirical validationof the scientific research of the index system, which will make their own familydoctor suburbs evaluate the quality of service in the future, to improve the qualityof service provides a tool.
