Objective: To make a survey the sub-health condition of the nursing group in provincial level of first-class comprehensive hospital. The key is to provide basic researches on sub-health of the group through analyzing the related influencing factors, and provide objectives and foundations for formulating and implementing prevented measures of the sub-health of the nursing group. Methods: Choosing SF- 36 scale, nurse’s job burnout scale and nurse’s job stressors scale, using the sampling method to constitute an investigation team for investigating 568 nurses in five provincial level of first-class comprehensive hospital. The quality control will be implemented during pre-researching, while-researching, data sorting and thesis writing so as to ensure the truth, accuracy and reasonability of this survey. SPSS 17.0 statistical software will be adopted to analyze the obtained data in the data processing of this research. Through adopting the method of Spearman, some correlation analyses will be conducted, as well as multiple linear regression analysis will be adopted to confirm the related influencing factors of sub- health of the nursing group.Results:1. In the single-factor analysis, classify the age, length of service, departments and work units, education background, job title, employment, and personal income as such eight demographic characteristics. Each one uses LSD single-factor variance between groups, P< 0.05 for the difference, P<0.01 for the significant difference, both have the statistical significance. From the aspect of the age, the physiological function of nurses who are not more than 25 years old is much better than those who are between 26 and 30 years old and more than 30 years old, and the general health of this group is better than those who are between 26 and 30 years old, and significantly better than those who are more than 30 years old, social function is better than those who are more than 30 years old; Both the mental health and energy are much better than those from 26 to 30 years old. From the aspect of the working years, physiological function and general health status of the group whose length of service for 1 to 5 years are obviously better than those who are more than ten years. From the aspect of the title, physiological functions of the nurses-in-charge are better than nurse practitioners; the general health status of nurses and below is better than senior nurses; the changes in the health indicators of the co-chief superintendent nurse and above are obviously better than those of nurses and the following group, nurse practitioners and the nurses-in-charge.2. In the correlation study, through the Pearson correlation analysis, eight dimensions and seven dimensions of job burnout scale in SF- 36 scale are shown to be negative correlation(P<0.01); the physiological function in SF- 36 scale is positive correlation to nature of work(P<0.05); physiological function and nature of work and working load are positive correlation(P<0.05); social function the interpersonal relationship and the nursing expectations are positive correlation(P<0.05). Eight dimensions of SF- 36 scale and six dimensions of job stressors feeling are negativecorrelation(P< 0.01); the changes of health indicators in SF- 36 scale and six dimensions of nurse job stressors effect are positive correlation(P< 0.01).3. In the multiple-factor analysis, firstly the changes in health indicators are regarded as the dependent variable and dimensions of each scale as the independent variable to conduct the multiple linear regression analysis so as to obtain eight dimensions; then respectively regarding changes in health indicators of SF- 36 scale and eight dimensions as dependent variable, the entries for each scale as the independent variable to conduct multiple linear regression analysis so as to obtain the results of the analysis, that is, 11 factors affecting health change index; 13 factors affecting physiology; 10 factors influencing physiological functions; 8 factors affecting body pain; 16 factors affecting general health; 14 factors affecting energy; 18 factors affecting social function; 7 factors influencing emotional function; 15 factors influencing mental health.Conclusion:1. The conditions of sub-health among the groups from 26 to 30 years old, length of service from 5 to 10 years, nurse practitioners and the nurses-in-charge are the most serious. The sub-health of the nurses who work in the pediatrics department and emergency department is also the most serious. In addition, personal income, family income and the hospital categories also affect the sub-health in nursing group. There is no difference between employment, gender, nationality, position, housing area, registered permanent residence.2. Job burnout and stressors of nurse have significant correlation with sub-health in nursing group, but only some dimensions of the sub-health of the nursing group have significant correlation with the frequency of stress source.3.The focus of related factors of the sub-health in nursing group are that nurses feel sick, work makes nurses easily anger to their family, the nurses become nervous, and they always stay at the edge of the outbreak; and nursing work has wide range. All the factors belong to the dimensions containing four aspects, including body, family, spirit and nature of work.
