Purpose:Ultrasound was used to measure the thickness of visceral and subcutaneous fat,and the correlation between fat thickness and obesity-related diseases was compared and analyzed,so as to provide an imaging evaluation method for clinical prevention and treatment of obesity and related diseases.Materials and Methods:The men who performed the health examination in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,The subjects of the study were242 men, aged 18-82,with average age(47.91±12.42),who were divided into youth group(18-44 years),middle age group(45-59 years)and old age group(?60 years)according to age.The subjects were divided into normal group(18.5-23.9 kg/m2),overweight group(24 0-27.9 kg/m2)and obese group(28.0 kg/m2)according to BMI.and then each group was divided into disease-free group and disease-free group according to whether there was any disease. All subjects were asked-and-answer questionnaires to collect information on past history, including hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, coronary heart disease, and physical measurements of height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure, etc. The thickness of abdominal subcutaneous fat and visceral fat(including perihepatic fat, intraperitoneal visceral fat, perirenal fat, preperitoneal fat, pericardial fat)were measured by ultrasound.the blood lipids(including TG?TC?LDL-c),fasting blood glucose(FBG)of the subjects were measured using an automatic biochemical analyzer to compare the adipose tissue thickness of different parts between different groups and to analyze which parts of the visceral fat and abdominal subcutaneous fat in different groups had a stronger correlation with the disease.Result:1.Age group, prevalence differences among the three groups were statistically different(p<0.05);BMI group, prevalence differences among the three groups were statistically different(p<0.05).2.Age was divided into three groups: height, weight, hip circumference,waist-hip ratio,EAT on the anterior wall of the right ventricle,EAT on the fat pad,EAT at the apex of the heart,SAT above the umbilicus,SAT below the umbilicus, average SAT,and VAT below the umbilicus(p<0.05).3.BMI was divided into three groups: age, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio, prehepatic fat in the right lobe of the liver, maximum preperitoneal fat, prehepatic fat in the left lobe of the liver, supralucial SAT,subumbilical SAT,average SAT,supralucial VAT,subumbilical VAT,average VAT,left renal week, right renal week and average renal week fat thickness, and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Youth Logistic binary regression analysis showed that BMI and average VAT fat thickness were risk factors for disease(p<0.05).5.Logistic dual regression analysis of middle-aged group: Age is a risk factor for disease(p<0.05).6.Logistic dual regression analysis of the elderly group shows that the thickness of the ventricle between the heart ventricles is a risk factor for disease(p<0.05).7.The analysis of Logistic dual regression in the normal BMI group shows that age, maximum fat thickness before the peritoneal membrane are risk factors for disease(p<0.05).8.BMI super-recombinant Logistic dual regression analysis: age, left kidney week fat thickness is a risk factor for disease(p<0.05).9.The analysis of logistic dual regression in the BMI obesity group results in the thickness of the heart-tip EAT and the right chamber EAT affecting the occurrence of disease through interaction(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The BMI and average VAT fat thickness of the youth group are independent risk factors for the occurrence of disease, weight, waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio, maximum fat thickness before the peritoneal,pre-liver liver pre-liver fat, umbilical SAT,average SAT,umbilical VAT,left kidney week, average kidney weekly fat through interaction affects the occurrence of disease.2.Age in the middle age group is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of disease.3.The heart tip EAT thickness of the elderly group is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of disease, weight, waist circumference, tip EAT,maximum fat thickness before the peritoneal,pre-liver liver pre-liver fat,and fat thickness of the left kidney circumference affect the occurrence of disease through interaction.4.The age of the normal BMI group and the maximum fat thickness before the peritoneum are independent risk factors for the occurrence of disease, and the waist circumference, the pre-liver fat and the average monthly fat thickness of the kidney symbiosis affect the occurrence of disease through interaction.5.Independent risk factors for the occurrence of BMI hyper-recombinant age and the occurrence of fat thickness disease in left kidney week.6.The right-chamber front wall of the BMI obesity group,EAT,and the tip-tip EAT thickness, affect the occurrence of disease through interaction.
