Objective:To explore the diagnostic role of BMI,common tumor markers HE4 and CA125 in endometrial cancer, and to analyze the relationship between VST,VSA and BMI and their clinical value. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 162 patients with pathologically diagnosed endometrial cancer and 150 women with benign endometrial lesions from Jiangsu Subei People's Hospital,Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province from January 1,2015 to December 31,2019.Firstly.the general data such as height and weight of all subjects were collected, their BMI values were calculated, and the clinically influential factors in patients with endometrial cancer were analyzed.By detecting the contents of serum CA125 and HE4,drawing the relevant ROC curve, measuring their AUC,calculating the sensitivity and specificity of serum CA125,HE4 and BMI for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer, and exploring the advantages of the combination of these indicators.VST and VSA were measured by imaging data of endometrial cancer patients,we explored its diagnostic value in evaluating obesity or overweight, and analyzed its association with staging, classification, and postoperative pathological classification.Result:1.BMI was(25.37±3.1 8)kg/m2 in the endometrial cancer group,and(23.75±2.95)kg/m2 in the benign endometrial lesion group. There was a statistically significant difference between the cancer group and the non-endometrial cancer group in BMI,number of pregnancy, number of production, hypertension and diabetes(all P<0.05).2.Serum CA125 and HE4 in patients with overweight endometrial cancer were higher than those with normal weight or thinner endometrial cancer. It was further verified that in the same BMI group, serum CA125 and HE4 of patients with endometrial cancer were higher than those of the control group.3.The areas under the curve for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer using CA125,HE4,and BMI were 0.712,0.785,and 0.648,respectively.Among them, serum HE4 had the greatest value in clinical screening for endometrial cancer, and its specificity was greater than sensitivity.4.The areas under the curve of CA125+HE4,CA125+BMI,HE4+BMI,and CA125+HE4+BMI for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer were 0.806,0.727,0.791,and 0.807,respectively.The CA125+HE4+BMI combination had the best diagnostic accuracy, with a sensitivity of 0.710 and a specificity of 0.787.5.There was a significant positive correlation between BMI and VST and VSA.When diagnosed overweight patients, the areas under the curve of VST and VSA are 0.729 and 0.884,respectively.When diagnosed obese patients, the areas under the curve of VST and VSA are 0.830 and 0.916,respectively.6.Serum CA125 and HE4 were related to the stage of endometrial cancer patients, while BMI,VST and VSA had no significant correlation with the stage, grade and pathological classification of patients with endometrial cancer.7.Compared with patients with early endometrial cancer, the sensitivity of serum CA125 in patients with intermediate and advanced endometrial cancer was higher. The sensitivity and specificity of serum HE4 in screening for patients with endometrial cancer were higher than CA125.Conclusion:1.The BMI of the endometrial cancer group was increased compared with the control group;2.In the diagnosis of endometrial cancer, the value of serum HE4 was higher than that of BMI and CA125;the combination of the three had the largest ROC area for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer, and its effect was better than a single indicator;3.There was a significant correlation between the three indexes of BMI,VST,and VSA,which were positively correlated. In patients with obese or overweight endometrial cancer,VST and VSA had better diagnostic efficacy:4.CA125 and HE4 were positively correlated with the stage of endometrial cancer, but BMI,VST and VSA had no significant correlation with the stage, grade and pathological type of patients with endometrial cancer...
