At present,China is gradually increasing the reform of the medical system,how to solve the problem of people's difficulty in seeing a doctor,and what kind of way to improve the performance of clinical personnel,hospitals are the new problems facing the medical authorities.However,there are more problems in the training and incentive of key talents in hospitals,which has resulted in a serious brain drain,which greatly weakens the competitiveness of hospitals on the one hand,and further aggravates the competition of medical personnel on the other.Incentive is not only an important part of human resources management,but also an aspect that most people will ignore,the competition between domestic hospitals is essentially the competition between the core medical personnel,to ensure the long-term healthy development of hospitals,we need to pay full attention to this issue.In order to study the shortcomings of L hospital clinicians in motivation,this paper first expounds the relevant background and the theory related to motivation,and then introduces the current situation of L hospital clinician semotivation,selects 290 clinicians in L hospital for questionnaire survey.The questionnaire mainly includes 4 aspects,basic information,the compensation dimension,performance dimension,training aspect and promotion incentives in each work segment.Then the problems that lead to L hospital clinicians in motivation are analyzed in depth,and then refer to the practice of other hospitals in the incentive of doctors,and put forward the corresponding incentive strategies for L hospital clinicians,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the ideological,organizational and institutional levels.In this paper,L hospital clinicians as the object of research to explore the motivation-related issues,and put forward the relevant coping strategies to help improve the L hospital in the level of clinician management,which is conducive to the protection of the interests of doctors themselves,but also to promote the improvement of the level of human resources management in hospitals.It is also of positive significance to the improvement of the overall medical level in China.
