| Objective:Collect data on patients with bladder cancer confirmed by surgery, investigate the factors associated with recurrence of bladder cancer, and to collect surgical confirmation of bladder cancer tissue samples and their matching of normalcarcinoma tissues. To study the expression and clinical significance of PVRL4(Poliovirus receptor-related protein 4)in bladder cancer. Methods:Analysis of 226 cases of Patients undergoing surgery for bladder cancerfrom January 2013 to December 2016,Statistics on the clinicopathological data of bladder cancer patients include sex, age, tumor size, multiple occurrence, hardness, surrounding invasion, pathological level, pathologicaltype,Statistical analysis, using card square examination to perform a single factor analysis of bladder cancer recurrence. To determine whether the above factors are relevant to the recurrence of bladder cancer, correlation analysis of age and tumor size was conducted to determine whether the two had a correlation with recurrence of bladder cancer, and to use SPSS19.0 software to establish a Logitic regression model for analysis of single factor results P<0.10 variable,to conduct multi-factor regression analysis of bladder cancer recurrence,to determine the correlation between the above factors and bladder cancer recurrence. To collect the clinical tissue samples and normal tissues of Dalian Medical University Affiliated Hospital 46 cases of bladder cancer surgically removed from August 2016 to October2017,and to provide clinical and pathological data on the patients in terms of sex, age, tumor size, multiple tumors, pathological level, clinical staging, lymph node metastasis,The expression level of PVRL4 in the normal tissues of bladder cancer was detected by using the immunohistochemical SP method, and the relationship between PVRL4 and the clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer was analyzed. Results:Analyzing the clinical data of 226 patients with bladder cancer,a single factor analysis showed that there was a correlation between tumor incidence, tumor pathology level, and recurrence of bladder cancer, the recurrence rate is high if bladder cancer is multiple, high pathological grade is associated with high recurrence rate(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between sex, age, tumor size, tumor hardness, peripheral invasion, pathological type and recurrence of bladder cancer(P>0.05).The P values were0.001,0.010,0.614,0.694,0.408,0.176,0.292,0.145,respectively.Age and tumor size factors were tested as non-normal data(P=0.000).Spearman correlation analysis showed no significant correlation between age and recurrence of bladder cancer, and there was no significant correlation between size and recurrence of bladder cancer.P<0.05 is statistically significant, with the above P values being 0.599,0.684,respectively.Through multi-factor analysis,it was found that there was a significant correlation between tumor incidence, tumor pathology level and recurrence of bladder cancer, the recurrence rate is high if bladder cancer is multiple, high pathological grade is associated with high recurrence rate(P<0.05),whether tumors are frequen, tumor pathological level, whether bladder cancer is multiple and pathological level is an independent risk factor for recurrence,The P values were 0.001,0.008,respectively.In this study, patients with bladder cancer with multiple lesions had a recurrence risk of 4.13 times that of patients with single lesion, and patients with bladder cancer with high pathological grade had a recurrence risk of 3.51 times that of patients with low pathological grade.Prediction of bladder cancer metastasis by multiple and pathological levels with better accuracy(87.2%).In 46 cases of bladder cancer and peripheral tissue, the positive rate of PVRL4 in bladder cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of peripheral tissue.Among them,34 cases of bladder cancer tissue, accounting for 73.91%,and 7 cases of peripheral tissue, accounting for 15.22%(χ~2 12.043,P=0.000).At the same time, analysis found that The positive expression rate of PVRL4 in bladder cancer was positive related to pathological level, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, the pathological grade and clinical stage were high, the positive expression rate of PVRL4 was high, and the positive expression rate of PVRL4 was high in patients with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of bladder cancer PVRL4 has nothing to do with sex, age, tumor size, and tumor incidence(P>0.05),the above P values are0.025,0.023,0.024,0.921,0.725,0.634,0.276.Conclusion:The multiple and pathological levels of bladder cancer are the relevant factors for recurrence of bladder cancer, the recurrence rate is high if bladder cancer is multiple, high pathological grade is associated with high recurrence rate. The high expression ofPVRL4 was found in bladder cancer tissue, and PVRL4 was closely related to the pathological level, clinical stage, and lymph node metastasis of bladder cancer, the pathological grade was high, the positive expression rate of PVRL4 was high, clinical stage was high, the positive expression rate of PVRL4 was high, and the positive expression rate of PVRL4 was high in patients with lymph node metastasis. |
