OBJECTIVE:1. Through the detection of bladder cancer resection in our hospital of 40 cases of patients with bladder cancer tissue and tissue adjacent to carcinoma in the expression of interleukin 17 levels, observing its clinical significance in the development of interleukin 17 in bladder cancer.2. By comparing the interleukin 17 different TNM staging in bladder cancer, the expression of different degree of differentiation of organization situation, to analyze the interleukin 17 and the relationship between the clinical and pathological informationMETHODS:1.From September 2006 to September 20015, 40 patients with bladder cancer were recruited. Using immunohistochemical method measuring the bladder cancer tissue and tissue adjacent to carcinoma in the expression of interleukin 17 level degree;2. The relationship between IL-17expression and The clinicopathological features including differentiation and TNM grade of the bladder cancer was analysised by chi-square test.RESULTS:1.The expression of IL-17 in bladder cancer tissues.IL-17 staining was found positive in 65%(26/40) cases of bladder cancer, while it was found positive in 32.5%(13/40) cases of para-carcinoma tissues, significantly lower than cancer tissues . There are differences between the two, with statistical significance(p=0.04).2.The relationship between IL-17 expression and the clinic pathological features including differentiation and TNM grade of bladder cancer. The expression of IL-17 was lower in high degree TNM stage than in lowdegree TNM stage (p=0.044), and the expression of IL-17 was lower in well differentiated bladder cancer tissues than poorly differentiated bladder tissues(P=0.034). While there was not significant correlation between IL-17 expression.and the bladder patients age and sex (p>0.05).Conclusion:1.There are differences between the expression of IL-17 in bladder cancer tissue and tissue adjacent.2.The expression of IL-17in bladder cancer and bladder cancer different differentiation degree and the TNM stage and whether shift significantly correlated, which was lower in high degree TNM stage than in low degree TNM stage and the expression of IL-17 was lower in well differentiated bladder cancer tissues than poorly differentiated bladder tissues. While there was not significant correlation between IL-17 expression.and the bladder patients age and sex .
