Clinical Research Of Chaihu Xingnao Free Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke(Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chaihu Xingnao Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke(liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome).Methods: Among the patients in the inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected for the acute phase of ischemic stroke(liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome).The patients were randomly divided into groups of 36 patients in the control group for basic treatment of Western medicine and 36 patients in the treatment group.The combination of Chaihu Xingnao Decoction was used on the basis of Western medicine treatment.Recorded before and after treatment of the daily living ability scale(BI),NHISS scale,mRS scale,TCM syndrome scores of efficacy indicators,using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results1.After treatment,comparing the BI score,the average BI score after treatment compared to before treatment,both groups have an increase in the average score,indicating that both groups of treatment are effective,after treatment in both groups P<0.01,suggesting two groups after treatment There was a significant difference in BI scores,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;2.The NIHSS values of the two groups after treatment were lower than before,indicating that both groups were effective in improving the function of the patients.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was P<0.01,suggesting that there was a significant difference after treatment compared with before treatment.After treatment in the two groups,P<0.01,the treatment group was superior to the control group;3.The mRS values of the two groups were lower than before,indicating that the two groups were effective in improving the function of the patients.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was P<0.01.suggesting that there is a significant difference after treatment compared with before treatment.After treatment,P<0.01,The treatment group was better than the control group;4.TCM symptom scores,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.86%,the total effective rate of the control group was 67.65%,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was P<0.01.There was a difference between the two groups,indicatingthat the two groups of treatment were for ischemic stroke(liver yang yang)All of them are effective,and the treatment group is significantly better than the control group and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.5.Follow-up of the two groups of patients after 3 months found that the BI score increased,mRS score decreased,P <0.05,the two groups are different,the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Chaihu Xingnao Decoction and Western medicine treatment can improve the symptoms of patients with acute ischemic stroke(liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome).The combination of Chaihu Xingnao Decoction has obvious advantages compared with basic therapy alone.
