Objective: Analysis of relevant factors that may affect the efficacy of sudden sensorineural hearing lossdeafness.Materials and Methods: collected data of 245 patients(255 ears)with sudden sensorineural hearing lossdeafness admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,efficacy as a dependent variable, using the gender, ear side, age, length of initial treatment, intial hearing loss, type of hearing curve decline, auditory brainstem response audiometry, average hearing of multi-frequency steady-state speech frequency, otoacoustic emission, whether the ear is accompanied by tinnitus, dizziness, whether haved cardiovascular disease, diabetes, history of tobacco and alcohola or classification treatment as independent variables performed retrospective analysis. The SPSS23.0 software was used to perform single factor analysis, and the statistical P value was relaxed to 0.10 to avoid the masking of some independent variables and dependent variables due to confounding factors in the analysis of SPSS software..More risk factors related to the efficacy were analyzed, and then the logistic regression analysis was performed. The P<0.05 was considered statistically significant and the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of sudden deafness were obtained.Results:1.Univariate analysis results: type of hearing curve decline, age, length of initial treatment, auditory brainstem response audiometry, average hearing of multi-frequency steady-state speech frequency, cholesterol, accompanied with dizziness, haved diabetes and classification treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.10).2.Multi-factor analysis: The type of hearing curve decline, length of initial treatment, the ear accompanied with dizziness, average hearing of multi-frequency steady-state speech frequency were statistically significant(P average <0.05).Conclusion:1.The longer the initial treatment, the worse the treatment effect. We must advise patients to treat in time who suffering from the sudden sensorineural hearing lossdeafness.Early detection and early treatment are great significance of the sudden sensorineural hearing lossdeafness for improving the total effective rate.2.The low-frequency descending type has the best effect, the flat-down type has the second-best effect, and the full-sputum type has the worst prognosis. The clinician can predict the prognosis of the patient according to the type of curve of the initial hearing loss.3.Average hearing of multi-frequency steady-state speech frequency was negatively correlated with the onset of sudden deafness.4.Patients who with dizziness have a poor curative effect. We should advise them who with dizziness to rest in bed as much as possible and psychologically guide them to relieve their anxiety and fear.
