Unfairness And Prevention Research In The Process Of Universal Medical Insurance

Medical insurance is closely related to people's lives.It is the most urgent task in China's medical and health field to establish a comprehensive medical insurance system across the country and improve the health of citizens across the country.It is also the best choice for the fair and equalizati on of social public services.With the formation of the three major medical insurance systems,it constitutes China's basic medical insurance system,including urban workers' medical insurance,urban residents' medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical insurance.Establish a medical insurance system that covers all areas of the country,and enable everyone to actually enjoy the medical services they deserve,marking the basic completion of the universal health insurance system with Chinese characteristics.However,from the perspective of long-term development,to truly enable everyone to enjoy this policy and achieve the goal of universal universal health insurance,the current medical insurance system must be transformed and developed,and the current institutional system The effectiveness and impartiality of operations remain hot spots in all areas.This article starts from the unfairness in the process of universal health insurance,combined with Rawls' theory of distribution justice,the theory of supply and demand of medical services and Lewis' population mobili ty theory,using literature research and data analysis methods from three different Dimensions to analyze the unfair phenomena that may arise in the process of universal health insurance.It also analyzes the causes of its unfair phenomenon,and extracts t he enlightenment from China by combining the fairness of the medical insurance system in the United States,Germany and India with China's specific national conditions.Through the above content,this paper proposes countermeasures for solving the unfairness in the process of comprehensive medical insurance from three aspects: First,improve the medical insurance policy,promote the legal construction of medical insurance and strengthen the publicity of medical insurance;Second,improve medical and health care Access to services,narrow regional differences between regions,improve the construction of rural and grassroots health talents;Third,build a multi-level medical security system,improve medical security and vigorously develop supplementary medical and commercial insurance.
