Research On The Health Status And Improvement Countermeasures Of Industrial Workers In Hunan Province

The working class is the leading class of our country,the representative of China's advanced productive forces and production relations,and the main force of reform,opening up,and socialist modernization.Industrial workers are the main force in the working class.China's revolution,construction and reform work are inseparable from the important contributions of industrial workers.In the process of rapid economic development and rapid social transformation,the legal rights of industrial workers,especially health and health,have been fragmented.For example,the phenomenon of safety and sanitation does not conform to national standards,and the health status of industrial workers needs to be improved..The improvement of the health and health of industrial workers urgently requires the government to adopt certain policy measures.This is also the due diligence of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to satisfy people's pursuit of a better life ?This paper takes the health status of industrial workers in Hunan Province and its improvement countermeasures as the research questions.It uses a combination of field research and theoretical research,qualitative and quantitative research methods,wit h nearly 3,000 enterprises and more than 40,000 industrial workers in Hunan Province.Scope,in-depth investigation of the health status of industrial workers in Hunan Province.According to the survey results,5.5 2% of the industrial workers in Hunan Province are in a state of illness,65.72% are in a sub-health state,and 28.76% are in a healthy state.The health situation of industrial workers in our province is still severe;some industrial workers in Hunan Province are beneficial to physical and mental health.The legitimate rights and interests,such as the eight-hour work system and health checkup,have not been well implemented.Based on the survey,this paper also summarizes the high prevalence rate of the f irst-line operators and low-income workers in Hunan,the multiple prevalence of malignant diseases and mental illnesses,the long-term problem of sub-health conditioning,and the four hidden dangers of occupational health and safety.This paper believes that the main causes of the above problems are insufficient government financial input,industrial workers' labor and sanitation environment is poor,the government's supervision of health and health is absent,health services fairness is not enough,and enterprises' labor health and health insurance investment is less than five.Some reasons.Finally,the paper proposes to increase the emphasis on the health and health of industrial workers,increase the government's capital investment,optimize the input structure,increase support to the grassroots,increase supervision of health and health,and increase the Five aspects of industrial workers are guided to improve the health and health of industrial workers in Hunan Province.
