| Purpose:By detecting epithelial membrane antigen(EMA)and cytokeratin 7(Cytokerati 7,CK7)expression levels in benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumor tissues.Statistical analysis of the expression of EMA and CK7 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and their relationship with clinical data of patients, analysis of the correlation between the expression of two proteins, and exploration of their potential value as biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. It means to establish a set of scientific and reliable diagnostic methods to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and accurate screening of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods:Selecting 60 cases of tissues diagnosed as epithelial ovarian cancer during the concurrent surgery in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2013 to December 2014 as the research group, and 30 tissues diagnosed as benign epithelial ovarian tumors during the same hospitalization and concurrent surgery It is a control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression levels of EMA and CK7 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between EMA and CK7 expression and clinical pathological parameters of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Correlation between the expression of CK7 and Kaplan-Meier curve to analyze the effect of EMA,CK7 and clinicopathological parameters on the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Cox model was used to analyze the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.P<0.05 has statistical significance.Result:1.The positive expression rate of EMA in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue was83.3%(50/60),and the positive expression rate in benign epithelial ovarian tumor tissue was 33.3%(10/30).There is a statistical difference between the two.Significance(P<0.05).2.The positive expression rate of CK7 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue is 80%(48/60),and the positive expression rate in benign epithelial ovarian tumor tissue is30%(9/30).The difference is statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).3.EMA expression is closely related to surgical pathological stage(Χ~2=6.125,P=0.013),pathological grade(Χ~2=4.747,P=0.029),lymph node metastasis(Χ~2=5.182,P=0.023),and is related to age, tissue type and The formation of ascites was not significantly related.4.CK7 expression and surgical pathological stage(Χ~2=9.588,P=0.002),pathological grade(Χ~2=4.986,P=0.026),tissue type(Χ~2=4.688,P=0.030),lymph node metastasis(Χ~2=5.185,P=0.023),which is closely related to age and the formation of ascites.5.The expression of EMA and CK7 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was significantly positively correlated(rs=0.508,P=0.000<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.6.The expression levels of EMA and CK7,surgical pathological staging, tissue type, lymph node metastasis, and ascites were the main factors affecting the overall survival of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The age and pathological grade had no significant effect on the overall survival of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer(P>0.05).7.EMA and surgical pathological staging are independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05),while CK7 and other clinical pathological parameters are not independent predictors(P>0.05).In conclusion:1.The positive expression rates of EMA and CK7 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues are higher than those in benign epithelial ovarian tumor tissues, suggesting that EMA and CK7 may have promoted the malignant transformation of epithelial ovarian tumors.2.The expression of EMA may be closely related to the surgical pathological staging, pathological grading, and lymph node metastasis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, but not significantly related to age, tissue type and ascites.CK7expression may be closely related to the surgical-pathological staging, pathological grade, tissue type, and lymph node metastasis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, but it is not significantly related to age and ascites.3.The expression of EMA and CK7 in tissues of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer is significantly positively correlated. The combined detection of EMA and CK7 may improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease and become an effective indicator for predicting the progress of epithelial ovarian cancer.4.EMA is an independent risk factor that affects the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, and it is expected to become a prospective indicator of future risk stratification and customized treatment strategies for the disease. |
