| The morbidity and mortality of Coronary atherosclerotic Heart Disease(CHD)continue to rise in China.As an important part of cardiac rehabilitation,exercise rehabilitation can improve the disease situation and long-term prognosis of patients with various types of CHD by regulating the vascular,neuroendocrine and other aspects.At present,through the implementation of early exercise rehabilitation in the hospital and the gradual expansion of exercise rehabilitation to primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases,the incidence and prognosis of coronary heart disease have been further improved.Meanwhile,the individualized,safe and effective exercise is still being explored and improved,and the clinical application of exercise rehabilitation should be actively promoted and implemented. |
