Background:The number of patients with coronary heart disease in my country is11.39 million, and the prevalence rate is in a stage of continuous increase. With the acceleration of population aging and the continuous advancement of cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment technology, the survival time of patients with coronary heart disease is prolonged..However,the current medical model in my country lacks effective management of the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease, which leads to repeated hospitalization, repeated stent surgery, and occupies a large amount of social medical and health resources, which has become a major public health problem. In the context of accelerating the implementation of the Healthy China2030;strategic plan, the Healthy China Action puts the implementation of national fitness actions and other measures to promote healthy lifestyles in a prominent position. At present, with the continuous popularization of the Internet and the gradual intelligent of medical means, home phase III cardiac rehabilitation is an important form of long-term rehabilitation outside the hospital. After patients receive rehabilitation evaluation and rehabilitation guidance in the hospital, they can be performed at home without relying on special venues and rehabilitation facilities.Rehabilitation behavior, flexible schedule, and reduced medical costs are not only time-saving,but also efficient. It is an alternative to the traditional rehabilitation model and basically covers the cardiac rehabilitation needs of patients with cardiovascular disease. As an important strategy for preventing or reversing cardiovascular disease, family stage III cardiac rehabilitation has been recommended as class I evidence by major guidelines at home and abroad. Objective:To investigate the effect of home-based cardiac rehabilitation on exercise tolerance, cardiopulmonary function and individualized rehabilitation needs, cardiovascular health behaviors and health factors of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention),and the primary outcome measures were exercise tolerance and cardiopulmonary function. Methods:From July 2020 to November 2021,76 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention)in a cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment center of a tertiary hospital in Hubei Province were selected and randomly divided into controls according to the time of admission. There were 38 cases in each group and the experimental group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received home-based cardiac rehabilitation therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The 6-minute walking distance(6MWD),peak power(Peak Watt),maximum metabolic equivalents(Peak METs),anaerobic threshold(AT),Peak oxygen uptake(Peak VO2)before and 12 weeks after intervention in the two groups were observed,at the same time, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Inventory(CRI)was used for scoring. Results:There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),and the data were comparable; There were significant differences in exercise tolerance(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in the time effect and interaction effect of each index value of cardiopulmonary function between the control group and the experimental group(P < 0.05).The three dimensions of process anxiety, autonomy and outcome anxiety in the group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared to usual care group,home-based cardiac rehabilitation can improve exercise tolerance,Cardiopulmonary function, and exercise habits of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
