Objective:This study intends to observe the therapeutic effect of Q version of BaDuanJin applied in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus in elbow function rehabilitation,and to provide the theoretical and practical basis for the promotion and application of Q version Baduanjin in the rehabilitation of elbow joint function in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods:60 children with elbow dysfunction after operation of supracondylar fracture of humerus were treated in the orthopedics department of Zhangzhou Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,who met the inclusion criteria were selected.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine functional exercise,and the experimental group was given Q version of Baduanjin exercise(2 times/day,20-30 minutes/time).Both groups were treated for 2consecutive courses,2 weeks as a course of treatment,The elbow motion and Mayo elbow function score were measured and recorded before and after treatment,and scored the compliance of patients' rehabilitation.Comprehensive observation indicators,statistical analysis,draw a conclusion.Results:After the study,a total of 29 cases were completed in the experimental group and 28 cases in the control group.The statistical analysis was as follows:1.Basic patient information:There were no significant difference in general information such as sex,age,affected side between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were no significant difference in Mayo elbow function score and elbow motion of motion between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Elbow range of motion:after two courses oftreatment,elbow range of motion in the experimental group and the control group were recorded and compared with that before treatment within and between groups.the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).After treatment the elbow range of motion was significantly better than before treatment in both group,and the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving elbow joint mobility.3.Mayo elbow function score:Mayo elbow function score in the experimental group and the control group were recorded and compared with that before treatment within,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).After treatment the Mayo elbow function score was significantly improved compared with before treatment in both group.Mayo elbow function score after treatment in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group in restoring elbow joint function.4.Compliance of patients' rehabilitation:after two courses of treatment,score the compliance of he patients in the experimental group and the control group during rehabilitation,the score of compliance of patients' rehabilitation in two group was record and compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compliance of patients' rehabilitation in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Conventional functional rehabilitation methods and the Q version of Baduanjin exercise both can effectively improve the elbow mobility,reduce pain and improve elbow function in children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus from the perspective of clinical effects,but the rehabilitation effect of the Q version of Baduanjin exercise is significantly better than the conventional functional rehabilitation.2.From the implementation process of the treatment,Q version of Baduanjin exercise is easy to be accepted by children and their family because it has the advantages of "simplified and convenience,validation,economical",and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
