Clinical Study On The Adjuvant Therapy Of Yiqi Tongmai Mipaste Powder For Patients With Cardiopulmonary Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai mipaste powder in the treatment of cardiopulmonary qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:60 subjects were included in this study,all of them were chronic heart failure patients who lived in the Department of geriatric diseases of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area from June 2018 to September 2019.The patients were divided into observation group and control group.The diagnosis of Western medicine refers to the 2014 China heart failure diagnosis and treatment guidelines;the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the guiding principles for clinical research of new Chinese medicine(2002 Edition)and the2011 National Administration of traditional Chinese medicine medical administration published the clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine for 105 diseases in 24specialties(Trial),To establish diagnostic criteria of cardiopulmonary qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure.The control group was treated with western medicine according to the 2014 Chinese heart failure diagnosis and treatment guidelines,and the drugs were adjusted according to the specific situation;the observation group was treated with Yiqi Tongmai mipaste powder on the basis of Western medicine,and the treatment courses of both groups were four weeks.The effects of heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction,N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide,galectin-3,6-minute walking test distance,Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of life score,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy and safety were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(2)LVEF comparison: LVEF of the two groups were improved before and after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of NT proBNP: after treatment,the level of NT proBNP in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Compared with galectin-3: the level of galectin-3 in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison of 6MWT: after treatment,6MWT in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(6)Quality of life comparison: Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of life scores were used for evaluation.After treatment,Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of life scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(7)Comparison of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the total integral of TCM syndrome and the main integral of TCM syndrome in the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was 56.67%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 83.33%,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(8)Safety and adverse event evaluation: before and after treatment,there were no significant abnormalities in blood and stool routine,liver and kidney function test and ECG routine test in both groups.During the treatment,there were no significant adverse reactions and adverse events in both groups.Conclusion:Yiqi Tongmai mipaste powder has auxiliary therapeutic effect on patients with chronic heart failure of cardiopulmonary Qi deficiency and stagnation of blood stasis Yin type.It can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and has good safety and compliance.
