Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai decoction in patients with chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency and stasis syndrome)Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,60 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as clinical subj ects,clinical cases that meet the case criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by Doll's clinical case random table method.The patients in both groups were given basic routine treatment(? receptor blockers,cardioside,diuretic,ARB,and ACEI).the treatment group combined with yiqi tongmai decoction on the basis of routine basic treatment was administered orally for 4 weeks.During the treatment period,the safety indexes and curative effect indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The curative effect indexes include cardiac function grade(NYHA),TCM syndrome score,6 minutes walking test distance,LVEF test value.Safety indicators include blood pressure and heart rate,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,renal function(Cr?BUN),liver function(ALT?AST).Data results using SPSS23.0 software statistical analysisResults:1.Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The improvement of TCM clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05)2.Cardiac function grade(NYHA)comparison:the total effective rate of heart function improvement of the control group was 60%,that of the treatment group was 86.67%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)3.Comparison of LVEF measured values:Before and after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05);after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);4.Comparison of 6-minute walking test distance:compared with before treatment,the 6-minute walking test distance between the two groups was prolonged,and thetreatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)Conclusion:Yiqi Tongmai decoction has good clinical effect on patients with chronic heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),which can improve the grading of cardiac function,improve the quality of life,and have high safety,so it is worth popularizing.
