Objective: To observe the clinical effect of cervical rotation in prone position in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and compare it with conventional conservative treatment,so as to further optimize the treatment scheme of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy diagnosed in Department of Osteology,Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected and randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). Both groups of patients were treated for four weeks. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with neck rotation in prone position.Acupuncture was performed from Monday to Friday, and neck rotation in prone position was performed on Monday to Wednesday after acupuncture. The control group was given acupuncture combined with local muscle relaxation technique.Acupuncture was performed from Monday to Friday, and local muscle relaxation technique was performed on Monday to Wednesday after acupuncture. The VAS score before and after treatment, pain classification caused by coping test,F wave conduction velocity detection of median nerve and ulnar nerve, and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.SPSS 25.0 was used to process the data.Results:1.general situation comparison: the gender, course of disease and age of the two groups of patients have no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the two groups of patients are comparable.2.VAS score: analysis showed that there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment.after treatment, there was significant difference in score between the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.pain grading caused by coping test: there was a statistical difference between the two groups before and after coping test(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.detection of f wave conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve: there was statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.clinical efficacy: the clinical efficacy of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment methods of the experimental group and the control group can improve the symptoms of cervical shoulder pain, radiation pain, numbness and weakness of upper limbs and fingers of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Through the comparison of multiple indexes between the two groups,it is found that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.
