Objective:To observe the effect of Kangdaxin on growth differentiation factor-15 in patients who has chronic heart failure with Yang Deficiency complicated with Water Flood,to evaluate the effectiveness of Kangdaxin, and to preliminary explore its mechanism of action,to provide a safe and effective way to treat chronic heart failure patients. Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,80 patients with Yang Deficiency complicated with Water Flood heart failure who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine from the Department of Cardiology and Inpatient Hospital of Fujian Provincial People's Hospital were selected for this project.80 patients were divided into 40 patients in the experimental group and 40 patients in the control group by simple randomization. The control group was treated with Western medicine routine treatment, and the experimental group was supplemented Kangdaxin on the basis of the routine treatment plan of Western medicine. The treatment course was 4 weeks. At the same time,20 healthy people from the physical examination center of Fujian Provincial People's Hospital were selected as the normal control group of GDF-15,compare the levels of GDF-15 of the normal group with the experimental group and the control group before and after the treatment. The changes of growth differentiation factor-15 values,NT-pro BNP values, cardiac function, heart failure Lee's score,TCM syndrome score, and Minnesota heart failure quality of life(MLHFQ)score were compared between the two groups of patients before and after the treatment, and related statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.A total of 73 patients who completed the treatment observation and the statistics were included in the 80 patients, including 36 cases in the experimental group and 37 cases in the control group.2.GDF-15 was lowly expressed in healthy people, and it was highly expressed in patients with heart failure in the experimental group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, compared with the normal group, the GDF-15 level of the experimental group and the control group was still different, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the heart failure Lee's score,TCM syndrome score, and Minnesota heart failure quality of life(MLHFQ)score,GDF-15 values,NT-pro BNP values in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the quantitative decrease of TCM syndrome score,Minnesota heart failure quality of life(MLHFQ)score and GDF-15 values in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).NT-pro BNP values and heart failure Lee's score were decreased in the two groups, but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.About the cardiac function efficacy,in the experimental group, there were 18 cases of significant effect,16 cases of effective, and 2 cases of ineffective, with a total effective rate of94.44%.11 cases were significantly effective,20 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective in the control group, and the total effective rate was 83.78%.Compared with the control group, the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the experimental group, there were 7 cases of significant effect,24 cases of effective effect, and 5 cases of ineffective effect, with a total effective rate of 86.11% of heart failure Lee's score. In the control group, there were 1 cases of significant effect,25 cases of effective effect, and 11 cases of ineffective effect, with a total effective rate of 70.27%.Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a better efficacy of heart failure Lee's score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the experimental group, there was 4 cases of significant effect,31 cases of effective effect, and 1 case of ineffective effect of TCM syndromes, with a total effective rate of97.22%.In the control group, there was 1 case of significant effect,30 cases of effective effect, and 6 cases of ineffective effect, with a total effective rate of 83.78%.Compared with the control group, the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.In the experimental group, there were 32 cases of effective effect, and 4 case of ineffective effect of NT-pro BNP,with a total effective rate of 88.89%.In the control group, there were 30 cases of effective effect, and 7 case of ineffective effect, with a total effective rate of 81.08%.Comparing the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).7.During the observation process,no adverse reactions were observed in the subjects, and no obvious abnormal changes were found in the laboratory indicators.Conclusions:1.Kangdaxin can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with chronic heart failure with Yang Deficiency complicated with Water Flood, and effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and the effect of Kangdaxin combined with Western medicine treatment group is significantly better than that of western medicine treatment group alone, and the clinical effect is remarkable.2.Kangdaxin can reduce the levels of GDF-15 and NT-pro BNP in patients with chronic heart failure with Yang Deficiency complicated with Water Flood, reduce heart failure Lee's score, improve cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Kangdaxin has no obvious adverse reactions and good safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
