Research On Contract Management Of Logistics System In A Hospital

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the market economy has been greatly developed.An important feature of the market economy is that the rights,responsibilities and interests of the economic actors are clearly defined,while the contract is the most direct and common form of expression that embodies the responsibilities,rights and interests.However,our society is not fully aware of the role and value of the contract.Disputes and losses around the contract are very common and huge.As the Logistics Department of public hospitals,it is responsible for ensuring the normal medical work of the hospital.In the daily operation process,it is necessary to deal with various contracts,such as material purchase contract,property service contract,engineering transformation contract,etc.if it fails to do a good job in contract management,it will not only lose the economic interests of the hospital,but also have a negative impact on the reputation of the hospital.This paper focuses on the current situation of contract management in the logistics system of hospital a,analyzes and combs out the contract management of the logistics system of the hospital by summarizing the common contracts,using the methods of induction,literature research,etc.,such as the contract content is not rigorous enough,the performance ability investigation is only formality,the contract change management is not valued,and the contract performance supervision system is not perfect There are some problems such as the disconnection between signing and performance,the lack of evaluation and improvement mechanism after the completion of the contract.And from the system process,personnel quality,communication and coordination,management means,evaluation and assessment of five aspects,in-depth and detailed analysis of the causes of the problem.In view of the reasons,the improvement measures are formulated around the improvement of contract management system,the cultivation of professional quality of personnel,the realization of dynamic contract management,the promotion of contract management information,and the evaluation and improvement of contract management.Through the implementation of improvement measures,the contract management of a hospital logistics system has improved the level of informatization,effectively reduced the risk of contract management,formed a relatively complete and practical contract management framework,and laid a solid foundation for further contract management.
