Applied Research Of Medical Consumable Logistic Lean Management In AH Hospital

Along with new medical reform policy continue gone comprehensively and thoroughly,in market oriented economy,hospital medical behaviors demand higher requirements on patient safety,quality of medical care,medical expenses and queuing time of consultation etc.Medical consumable as the indispensable part of medical behaviors has been extensive used in the entire process of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Accompanied by the medical science and technology,medical consumable has been greatly improved in the aspect of variety,purpose and functions,vastly help to promoting the clinical diagnosis and treatment level.However,medical consumable logistics management level was lag behind.Rough management method cause a series of resources wastage in hospital medical consumable logistical process,which seriously affected on hospital operation,leads risen risks of medical accident and medical costs.Therefore,attention to medical consumable logistics management,using modern lean management concept,become the key research contents to improve the level of hospital scientific management currently.This article summarized domestic and overseas scholars’ achievements on lean management,through analyzing existing problems in AH hospital medical consumable logistics management,by applied the idea and method of lean management into AH hospital medical consumable logistics management,pointing out the deficiencies and suggesting the improvements in practical application,providing the strong controllability and high integrity lean management method to AH hospital medical consumable logistics management.
