Study On The Effect Of Biological Holographic Therapy With Sanyinjiao Kneading To Regulate Dysmenorrheal In Female Athletes

Purpose: To dysmenorrhea circumstances elite athlete Fujian conduct research,explore biological holographic therapy with rubbing Sanyinjiao point of remission or cure the feasibility and effectiveness of female athletes dysmenorrhea,so that female athletes can relieve dysmenorrhea in a timely and effective manner before or during the menstrual cycle.Methods:(1)Through the literature review,collect the current measures taken at home and abroad to treat female athletes with dysmenorrhea,the basic theory of bio-holographic therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of female dysmenorrheal;(2)A survey of 150 women's basketball teams,volleyball teams,beach volleyball teams,fencing teams,boxing teams,wrestling teams,and taekwondo teams in the basic information of menstruation in Fujian Province,to understand the current dysmenorrhea status and treatment of female athletes;(3)Select 30 professional female athletes were divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group of 15 athletes,the use of the second metacarpal side holography Therapy with methods Sanyinjiao rubbing adjustment dysmenorrhea,;In the control group,15 cases were treated with Sanyinjiao;(4)Select typical cases for analysis and discussion.Result: 1.Dysmenorrhea symptom score.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p >0.05),but the score of the experimental group decreased greatly,from 11.93±2.50 to 6.33±3.05(p <0.01).2.Visual analog score.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.01).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p <0.01).The VAS score of the experimental group decreased from 6.33±1.54 before treatment to 2.43±1.41.3.Uterine artery PS and S/D values.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p >0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p >0.05).4.Uterine artery RI and PI values.There were significant differencesbetween the experimental group(p <0.01).There was no significant difference in the RI between the experimental group and the control group(p >0.05),and the PI value was significantly different(p <0.05).5.Serum estradiol and progesterone.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p >0.05).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.01).6.Prostaglandin E2 and Prostaglandin F2?.There were significant differences between the experimental group(p <0.01),There was no significant difference between the control group(p >0.05),There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p <0.01).7.After three menstrual cycles,the effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than the effective rate of 53.33%in the control group.Conclusion: Biological holographic therapy combined with Sanyinjiao can effectively improve the symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea in female athletes.This method is simple,easy to learn,effective,and easy to accept.It is recommended to promote the application in the sports team.
