The Experimental Research Of The Effects On Female University Student’s Primary Dysmenorrheal By Using "Richard Reinforcement Method" Treatment

Dysmenorrhea is mainly characterized by lumbagos and bellyache and has a series ofuncomfortable symptoms such as headache, feeble, dizzy, sicchasia, vomit, mammary,diarrhoea during and before or after menstrual period. It often occurs among womenperiodically, we divide it into two kind: primary and secondary. According to the survey, thedysmenorrheal arised among female university students is mainly the primary one. Thenumber of female university students who got primary dysmenorrheal accounts for about60%.The symptom decreases their study and life qulity seriously.Purpose: To search a simple, effective and no side effect way to release the femaleuniversity students’ primary dysmenorrheal. we use “Richard reinforcement method” torelease and cure the primary dysmenorrheal. Also we can reduce and eliminate their pain. Sothat we can impove their interests and efficiencies on study. We can provide a powerfulguarantee to help them fulfill their school work.Methods: The subjects are girls in Hebei Normal University. Firstly we adoptedquestionnaire survey, then15person were chosen to take on the experiment. Based on thelevel of primary dysmenorrheal, we divided them into3rank: heavy, middle, sight. Withoutany changes of their normal condition, we carried on about3-month operation. We did theestimation when we did the experiment (1) Primary dysmenorrheal level of the pain(2)Primary dysmenorrheal intensity of the pain.(3) Before and after the experiment detection thehemodynamic indexes: plusma viscosity, red cell Hct，red cell assembling index, blood lowcut, blood high cut. The blood was drawn by the professional doctor in the school hospital ofHeBei Normal University, and estimated by Ping’ an hospital in Shijiazhuang.Results：(1)After3-month experiment, the primary dysmenorrheal decreased obviouslythe different are obvious too.（P<0.05）We can draw a conclusion that“Richard reinforcementmethod”played a positive role in releasing the female university students primarydysmenorrheal.(2)The Hemodynamic indexes: plusma viscosity, red cell Hct, red cellassembling index, blood low cut, blood high cut, were all decreased, P<0.05or P<0.01, thisimplied differences owned a very notable implication.(3)The total effective rate is85.8%, oneperson was recovered. effective rate is57.2%,8subjects; clear rate is21.4%,3subjects,invalid rate is14.2%,2subjects.(4)This shows the “Richard reinforcement method” can makea difference to deal with different primary dysmenorrheal.Conclusions: Found on the research results and study, the “Richard reinforcement method” can release or even cure the primary dysmenorrheal. By decreasing thehemodynamic indexes we can reach a fabulous results: decrease the thickness of blood，promote blood circulation, adjust the body condition.
