| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Yi Jin Jing Tuotian Type in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis,and to provide theoretical basis for the clinical rehabilitation program of cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 patients with neck type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with Catgut Embedding at acupoints alone,while the treatment group was treated with additional exercises of Yi Jin Jing Tuotian Type on the basis of the control group.Intervention time: acupoint catgut embedding once every 15 days,four times as a course of treatment;Yi Jin Jing tuotian type exercise three times a day,10 minutes each time,five days a week,two months as a course of treatment.Before and after the intervention,the Short-form of McGill pain questionnaire,Neck Disability Index(NDI),Multi-Cervical Unit(MCU),and Patients’ global impression of change(PGIC)will be used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of different interventions.After the intervention,the relevant observation indicators were sorted out and analyzed.IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 software was used to analyze the relevant data.The clinical therapeutic effect of different intervention schemes on neck type cervical spondylosis was compared before and after the treatment in the group,and the clinical efficacy of the two intervention schemes was evaluated by comparing the difference between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: 1.Baseline: a total of 60 eligible neck type cervical spondylosis patients were included in this study,and 5 patients were dropped during the intervention(2 in the treatment group and 3 in the control group).There was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Pain score: Total score of SF-MPQ: The total score of SF-MPQ of the two groups after 2 months of intervention was lower than that before treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total score of SF-MPQ in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after 2 months of treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).SF-MPQ single score: PRI,PPI and VAS scores of the two groups after 2 months of intervention were lower than those before treatment,and there was significant difference before and after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The PRI,PPI and VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after 2 months of treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Cervical spine function score: The NDI scores of the two groups after 2 months of intervention were lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).The NDI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after 2 months of treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Assessment of cervical joint activity: After the intervention period of 2 months,compared with acupoint catgut embedding therapy alone,acupoint catgut embedding combined with Yi Jin Jing tuotian type training significantly increased cervical flexion,extension and rotation scores of neck type cervical spondylosis,especially in flexion and extension,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of combined therapy on anteflexion,extension,left flexion,left rotation and right rotation of cervical spondylosis was significantly better than that of acupoint catgut embedding alone(P<0.05).5.Evaluation of cervical spine muscle strength: After the intervention period of 2 months,compared with acupoint catgut embedding therapy alone,acupoint catgut embedding combined with Yi Jin Jing tuotian type training significantly increased the flexor muscle strength and extensor muscle strength of cervical spine,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of anterior flexor strength,posterior extensor strength and right flexor strength of cervical spondylosis in combined treatment group is better than that of acupoint catgut embedding alone,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Yi Jin Jing tuotian type training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of neck type cervical spondylosis patients and promote the functional rehabilitation of cervical spine,and its clinical effect is better than that of acupoint catgut embedding alone.2.The clinical intervention program of cervical spondylosis,which combines the acupoint catgut embedding therapy with the traditional method of Yi Jin Jing training,can provide a new idea for the rehabilitation treatment of clinical cervical spondylosis. |
