Study On The Evaluation Of Community Medical Service Quality In Qingdao Elderly City

With the aging of our country,the elderly pension problem is also increasingly prominent,the cause of China’s pension put forward a severe test.To this end,we advocate the establishment of "health care combined" community home care model.Community home care can avoid the family pension and institutional pension shortcomings,and the elderly do not have to leave their familiar living environment,you can enjoy the professional pension services.Qingdao City,which actively explore the "health care combined" pension model,the face of the community home in the medical care services in the rigid demand,"health care" community elderly medical care services are faced with the problem of improving service quality.However,there are relatively few studies on the status quo and quality of service of community medical care services in China.In this paper,the community nursing in Qingdao City as the object,the community health service center in Qingdao City,the medical care services conducted empirical research.On the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant theories of "health care combined with" elderly service at home and abroad,this paper introduces the status quo of community medical care service in Qingdao.The model of community health care service quality assessment in Qingdao was designed by using SERVQUAL model,including five dimensions: shape,reliability,responsiveness,guarantee,empathy and 21 specific evaluation indexes.Then,using AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)Dimensions and specific evaluation indicators were empowered.This paper uses the questionnaire to analyze the eight community health service centers in Qingdao city,and collects 300 valid samples,and has made a letter to the sample data.The results show that the gap between the expectation value and the perceived value of the community health care service and the SQ value of the service quality of the community in the community of Qingdao are calculated.The results are analyzed by the statistical analysis of the independent test,the independent sample T test,the paired sample T test and the variance analysis.The results show that the overall quality of service of community health care service in Qingdao has not yet reached the satisfaction level of the elderly in the community.There are some differences between the perceived and expected values of the indicators in theevaluation system.The ranking of each dimension is: empathy and reliability Sexuality,tangibility,assurance,responsiveness.The overall SQ value of service quality is-0.671,which is at the general level.Quality of service ranked the top 3 indicators for the E5 medical care costs are reasonable,A1 the hospital environment comfortable and cleanliness,B1 on time to complete the treatment and care operations.Quality of service ranking indicators of A3 rehabilitation medical facilities advanced complete,A4 full range of drugs,D1 community doctors experienced,highly skilled,D2 community nurses care technology operation skilled and accurate.Finally,according to the quality of service SQ value of the indicators within the specific quality of service indicators were analyzed to improve the quality of service put forward targeted measures to promote the cause of pension services in Qingdao City,to enhance the quality of life of the elderly have a positive effect.
