Objective:To study the status quo of self-management ability of coronary heart disease patients after PCI in changchun and further analyze the related factors affecting the self-management ability of coronary heart disease patients after PCI.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,a total of 319 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography and undergoing PCI were included in the study.Data were collected by questionnaire, including:general information questionnaire, coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale, social support rating scale(SSRS),coronary heart disease self-efficacy scale(CSES)and post-traumatic growth scale(PTGI).SPSS 23.0software package, macro program and Systat 13.0 were used to process the data.Descriptive statistics,double-tail t test,chi-square test, analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and ridge regression analysis were used to analyze the data, and P<0.05 was considered as a significant difference.Ridge Regression macro program in SPSS23.0 was used for Ridge trace drawing, and Systat 13.0 was used for Ridge Regressionparameter analysis and mapping. Results:In this study, the score of self-management ability of patients after PCI was(69.35±6.32),and the score index was 66.1%,which was at a low level. The social support score was(43.62±6.24),lower than the domestic norm. The score of self-efficacy was(35.52±9.36),and the score index was 53.8%,which was a low level. The post-traumatic growth score was(59.26±6.27),and the total score?57 was the positive standard for post-traumatic growth. In this study,188 patients had a total score?57,and the positive detection rate was 58.9%,indicating that nearly half of the patients in this study had poor positive psychologicaltransformation. The results of single factor analysis show that:(1)Social support:there was a significant difference in monthly income among the totalgroup of self-management behaviors of coronary heart disease patients after PCI.In addition, monthly income, educational level, residential type, history of involvement and whether or not the first episode had an impact on different dimensions(P<0.05).(2)Self-efficacy:monthly income, history of intervention and first-episode status couldaffect the total score of self-efficacy of patients(P<0.05).The degree of education can affect the maintenance dimension of symptoms(P<0.05).The score of functional maintenancedimension was affected by the history of intervention and whether it was the first disease(P<0.05).(3)Post traumatic growth:monthly income, history of intervention, and whether or not a starter had an impact on the total score of post traumatic growth(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the scores of mental change dimension between different genders(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the appreciation of life among patients withdifferent economic incomes(P<0.05).For the post-traumatic growth of patients, the history of intervention and whether they were the first episode all affected the new dimension ofpossibility and the dimension of appreciation of life(P<0.05).(4)Self-management ability:monthly income, history of intervention, first episode,socialsupport,self-efficacy score and post-traumatic growth score of coronary heart disease patients after PCI showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition, gender, age, education level, monthly income, first episode status, history of intervention, social support status,self-efficacy score and post-traumatic growth score all had influences on different dimensions of self-management behavior(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor analysis show that:The self-management ability of coronary heart disease patients after PCI was positively correlated with social support,self-efficacy and post-traumatic growth.Among them, symptom management dimension is negatively correlated with self-management ability. The results of ridge regression analysis show that, among the above 6 variables, only the level of social support and self-efficacy are the significant influencing factors of self-management ability. The ridge regression model was well fitted, and the fitting model R~2=0.92.Theequation of ridge regression model is y=0.46*X2+0.52*X3+28.85.Conclusion:(1)The self-management ability of patients after PCI in this region is at a low level, social support is lower than the domestic norm, and self-efficacy is at a low level.Nearly half of the patients have the phenomenon of adverse positive psychological transformation.(2)Social support and self-efficacy are the main influencing factors of patients'self-management ability after PCI.
