The Compilation Of The Questionnaire Of Rehabilitation Exercises For Coronary Heart Disease Patients And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

ObjectiveTo prepare a questionnaire for patients with coronary heart disease re habilitation and to test their reliability and validity;to investigate the stat us of knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of coronary heart disease patient s in the rehabilitation of coronary heart disease,and to analyze the correl ation and influencing factors of the three.Methods1.Method for compiling questionnaires for patients with coronary heart di sease(1)Based on the knowledge and belief theory,review the literature a nd related guides,and discuss the members of the research group,and ini tially construct a questionnaire for the rehabilitation movement of patients with coronary heart disease;(2)select 10 experts to conduct a consultati on with Delphi experts.After the item is modified,a preliminary question naire for the rehabilitation of the patients with coronary heart disease is f ormed;(3)the reliability and validity of the test questionnaire2.Clinical application of rehabilitation exercise knowledge and action quest ionnaire for patients with coronary heart diseaseConvenience sampling method was adopted to select 140 cases of co ronary heart disease patients admitted to the department of cardiology of a third-level and first-class hospital in guangxi from April 2018 to Octobe r 2018 for investigation.General data questionnaire of coronary heart dise ase patients was used to make a questionnaire on rehabilitation exercise k nowledge,practice and practice of coronary heart disease patients for inve stigation of the current situation and analysis of influencing factorsResult1.Results of questionnaires for patients with coronary heart disease rehabi litation(1)Results of expert consultation:The effective recovery rate of the three rounds of letters was greater than 80%,and the enthusiasm of exper ts participating in this study was higher;the authoritative coefficient of th e three rounds of experts was 0.79~0.84,and the credibility of the questi onnaire was good.After three rounds of expert consultation,the Kendall's W coefficient was increased from 0.218 to 0.311,and the expert opinion s were coordinated to terminate the expert consultation.(2)Questionnaire reliability and validity analysis results:Questionnaire KMO=0.700,Bartlett spherical test is significant(?~2=1000.178,P<0.01),suitable for factor anal ysis.The exploratory factor analysis results show that the item factor load value is greater than 0.4,and the cumulative interpretation variance contr ibution rate is 64.101%,which indicates that the distribution of common f actors in the common factors is basically consistent with the theoretical fr amework of the questionnaire design,and the structure is relatively compl ete.The total content validity of the questionnaire was 0.956,and the tot al Cronbach's?coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.833.2.The status quo and influencing factors of patients with coronary heart disease(1)The average score of rehabilitation exercise knowledge of patients with coronary heart disease was(11.72±4.21),the score of attitude was(19.44±2.94),the score of behavior was(21.15±3.72)and the score of Zh ixinxing was(52.32±8.52).(2)Pearson correlation analysis showed that th ere was a relationship between rehabilitation knowledge and attitude(r=0.363,P<0.01),knowledge and behavior(r=0.398,P<0.01),attitude and beh avior between patients with coronary heart disease(r=0.496,P<0.01)wer e positively correlated;(3)The level of knowledge and behavior of rehabi litation exercise in patients with coronary heart disease was affected by th e following factors:the factors affecting the total score of patients with c oronary heart disease in rehabilitation exercise were gender,education leve l,monthly income,and patients.The course of disease,the number of ho spitalizations,family history;the factors influencing the rehabilitation exer cise knowledge of patients with coronary heart disease include gender,ag e,education level,monthly income,and chronic diseases;the influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise attitude of patients with coronary heart di sease include hospitalizations and family history;The influencing factors o f rehabilitation exercise behavior of patients with heart disease include ge nder,education level,disease course and family history.The results of m ultiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of the level of knowledge of rehabilitation exercise in patients with coron ary heart disease were gender,education level and family history.Conclusion1.The questionnaires on the rehabilitation exercise knowledge of cor onary heart disease patients prepared in this study are reasonable and relia ble,and have good reliability and validity.They can be used to evaluate the knowledge,attitude and behavior of rehabilitation exercise in patients with coronary heart disease.2.The knowledge level of rehabilitation exer cise in coronary heart disease patients is relatively insufficient,the attitude is more positive,and the behavior practice needs to be strengthened.3.There is a positive correlation between the knowledge,attitude and behavi or of rehabilitation exercise in patients with coronary heart disease;4.Th e level of knowledge and attitude of rehabilitation exercise for patients wi th coronary heart disease The main influencing factors are gender,educati on level and family history.
