With the release of a series of national level policy documents, such as "healthy China2030" program outline,China's medium and long term plan for chronic disease control(2017-2025),it has become a hot topic to focus on population health and improve the life expectancy of the population. The habit of smoking has a serious threat to the physical health of the oldest old, reducing the average life span of the oldest old.Based on the CLHLS database, using chi square test, mean comparison,one-way ANOVA and binary logistic regression, this paper studies the influencing factors of smoking habits and smoking frequency of the oldest old In terms of the influencing factors of whether there are smoking habits in the oldest old at present: the smoking habits of the oldest old have a certain relevance with some living habits, that is,the "habit relevance",specifically as follows:compared with the elderly who have no drinking habits, the oldest old who have drinking habits are more likely to have smoking habits;compared with the oldest old who have low frequency of drinking tea,the oldest old who have high frequency of drinking tea There is a higher probability of smoking habits;compared with the oldest old without physical work habits, the oldest old with physical work habits have a higher probability of smoking habits;compared with the oldest old with a lower frequency of sugar consumption, the oldest old with a higher frequency of sugar consumption have a higher probability of smoking habits. The influence of different living situations on the current smoking habits of the oldest old is different. In general, the probability of the current smoking habits of the oldest old who often act in more serious occasions is small, and the probability of the current smoking habits of the oldest old who often act in more relaxed or recreational environments is large. The specific performance is as follows: compared with the oldest old with higher reading frequency, the elderly with lower reading frequency are more likely to have smoking habits;compared with the oldest old without physical exercise habits, the oldest old with physical exercise habits are more likely to have smoking habits;compared with the oldest old with lower frequency of watching TV or listening to radio, they are more likely to watch TV orlisten to radio Compared with the oldest old who play poker or mahjong with lower frequency, the oldest old who play poker or mahjong with higher frequency are more likely to have smoking habits.Previous studies have pointed out that social activities can improve smoking habits, but social activities have no significant effect on smoking habits of the oldest old.In terms of the influencing factors of smoking frequency of the oldest old: the oldest old underestimated the harm of smoking on human body, overestimated their own health status, that is,D-K effect which led to the increase of smoking frequency of the oldest old.Specific performance: compared with the elderly(80 years and above)and the middle-aged(75-79 years old),the smoking frequency of the young(65-74 years old)is higher;compared with the oldest old with poor self-rated health status, the smoking frequency of the oldest old with better self-rated health status is higher;compared with the oldest old with changed(better or worse)health status, the oldest old with unchanged health status The annual smoking frequency is higher;compared with the oldest old with poor vision, the oldest old with better vision smoke more frequently;compared with the oldest old who do not participate in physical labor, the oldest old who participate in physical labor smoke more frequently;compared with the oldest old who do not enjoy free medical treatment, the oldest old who enjoy free medical treatment smoke more frequently;compared with the oldest old who have health education in the community The oldest old who served, the oldest old who did not have health education services in the community, smoked more frequently.
