Alzheimer's disease is a disease of persistent neurological dysfunction that deteriorates over time,bringing long-term and sustained burdens and effects to the lives of patients and their caregivers.All sectors of society are paying more and more attention to the problem of Alzheimer's disease,and are constantly making efforts to solve the problem.Unfortunately,as yet,there is no cure for Alzheimer's disease,but scholars in different fields Workers are also trying to alleviate the problem from different aspects.In the face of difficulties,the social work community is also actively seeking progress.Social work is a help service activity dedicated to serving people and working to solve the problems faced by people.To analyze and solve problems from the perspective of social work has professional advantages,including the advantages of professional ideas,the advantages of professional work methods,and the advantages of professional roles.This study takes four patients with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers as an example,and the caregiver is the patient's wife.Considering that the possibility of the patient being able to make active changes due to the disease is too low,this article is able to The caregivers of the four Alzheimer's disease elderly people who made active changes were the subjects of the study.The problems encountered by the caregiver are closely related to the patient's situation and the environment of the two parties,and the caregiver cannot be analyzed and researched separately.Therefore,the author has passed on the elderly W,X,Y,Z and their patients with Alzheimer's disease.Caregivers conduct observations and interviews,collect detailed information,learn about their basic situation,characteristics,and related information about their relationshipstatus,and analyze the contradictions and conflicts that arise between them to obtain the patient and caregiver's Issues and needs,and at the same time consult relevant literature,draw a strategy of involvement in carers of Alzheimer's patients through social work methods of case work and group work,and solve the problems faced by carers to achieve the effect of improving the environment of getting along.Involving the caregivers of the Alzheimer's disease elderly Z with casework methods to solve the psychological and emotional problems,social interactions,personal plans and arrangements,and getting along with the patients,the results are obvious.
