Observation On Auxiliary Efficacy Of Danggui Buxue Decoction In Preventing And Treating Myelosuppression Caused By Chemotherapy In Patients With Primary Malignant Bone Tumors

Objective: To evaluate the auxiliary effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with conventional treatment on prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy in patients with primary malignant bone tumors.Methods: 62 patients with primary malignant bone tumor admitted to our department from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with conventional treatment)with 31 cases and control group(conventional treatment)with 31 cases.According to pathological diagnosis results,62 patients included three primary malignant bone tumors(osteosarcoma,undifferentiated sarcoma and Ewing sarcoma).Among them,osteosarcoma patients received epirubicin+cisplatin+methotrexate+ifosfamide(AP+M+I)chemotherapy.Patients with undifferentiated sarcoma received epirubicin+cisplatin(AP)chemotherapy.Patients with Ewing sarcoma received vincristine+epirubicin+cyclophosphamide+ifosfamide+etoposide(VAC+IE)chemotherapy.The control group received conventional treatment for myelosuppression.After the chemotherapy course is over,the blood routine will be rechecked.If the blood picture does not reach the standard,the blood routine will be rechecked the next day and the above treatment plan will be continued.Those who meet the standards will stop taking drugs.The experimental group was treated with Danggui Buxue Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The specific drugs and methods are as follows: Danggui Buxue Decoction consists of 30 g of Radix Astragali and 6g of Angelica.Starting from 2 days before chemotherapy,1 doses are taken daily with 100 ml warm water in the morning and evening.Dialectical changes are made every 3 days,and medication is adjusted.Each medication lasts until 1 week after the end of chemotherapy course.Clinical symptoms,blood cell count and bone marrow suppression during chemotherapy were observed and recorded in the two groups.Results: Both groups of patients were followed up completely.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,whether cisplatin was included,KPS score before chemotherapy,tumor type and other items(P > 0.05).The difference of clinical symptom improvement between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of leukocyte,platelet and hemoglobin counts(P > 0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of leukocyte count between the two groups(P=0.003).The difference in platelet count was statistically significant(P=0.000).The difference in hemoglobin count was statistically significant(P=0.000).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the degree of reduction of bone marrow suppression between the two groups(P< 0.05).In the experimental group,there was no obvious adverse reaction after taking Danggui Buxue Decoction.Conclusion: Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with conventional treatment has certain auxiliary effect on prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy in patients with primary malignant bone tumors and can improve the blood count to some extent.The application of TCM syndrome differentiation and addition and subtraction can also improve the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy.And it does not affect the process of chemotherapy and has high safety.
