| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction in the prevention and treatment of leucopenia in NSCLC patients after chemotherapy,so as to provide a feasible idea and reference for the traditional medical treatment of leucopenia.Research scheme:In this study,64 NSCLC patients with deficiency of both qi and blood in the middle and late stage who were treated with two drugs containing platinum were enrolled,According to the way of entering our department after the outpatient treatment,the random number table method was selected and divided into the control group(treatment: likeyun 20 mg oral TID)and the treatment group(treatment: Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction 200 ml oral bid),32 cases each,mainly before chemotherapy(initial data)and after chemotherapy On the 4th day,the 10 th day after chemotherapy and the 20 th day after chemotherapy(excluding the day of initial chemotherapy),the peripheral blood picture was examined,and the white blood cell count and neutrophil number level were recorded and compared,the incidence of leukopenia in the low value period of myelosuppression in the two groups(the 10 th day after chemotherapy),the effect of increasing white blood cell after the end of the treatment period,and the change of TCM symptom score and KPS score were observed And the interval between the two chemotherapy.During the clinical observation of the subjects in the group,on the 10 th day after chemotherapy,there were 3 cases of III-IV degree leukopenia in likeyun group and 1 case in Jiawei Danggui Buxue Decoction group.In order to prevent the bone marrow inhibition from being difficult to reverse,the external drugs were used.When evaluating the effect of whitening on the 20 th day after chemotherapy,these 4patients were not included in the comparison between groups and within groups.Results: 1.Main indicators: 1)there was no significant difference in WBC and NE count between the two groups before chemotherapy(P > 0.05);2)after chemotherapy There was no significant difference between the two cell count values in 4-day peripheral blood reexamination(P > 0.05);3)in the peripheral blood picture on the 10 thday after chemotherapy,the two cell count values in the Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference had statistical reference value(P < 0.05),and the severity of leukopenia was far less than that in the control group(low value period of bone marrow suppression),which was statistically significant The difference can be used for clinical reference(P <0.05);4)On the 20 th day after chemotherapy,the WBC and NE counts of peripheral blood were reexamined again.Within the group: there was no significant change in WBC and NE values of traditional Chinese medicine group compared with that before chemotherapy(P > 0.05),and the values of two cells in likerjun group decreased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).Between the groups: the WBC and NE counts of Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction group were higher than that of likerjun group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),The effective rate of leukocyte(74.19%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(41.38%).The difference was of reference value(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of TCM symptoms(7 clinical symptoms such as palpitation,asthenia,little food,etc.)before treatment,but there was statistical difference after treatment and intervention.The Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction group was significantly lower than the likerjun group(P < 0.05);3.There was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine group was much higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05);4.In the interval of two chemotherapy,the interval of two chemotherapy in the Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction group was smaller than that in the likerjun group(most of them could complete two chemotherapy on schedule),which had a certain statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction can reduce the incidence of leucopenia after NSCLC chemotherapy,improve the level of leucocytes in patients withchemotherapy,reduce the symptoms of discomfort,and help patients to carry out the second treatment cycle on schedule,to some extent,improve the prognosis of patients. |
