| Objective: To Discussion Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction(DBD) of Increase efficiency for the tumor radiotherapy.Use animal serum in vivo Experiment pharmacology and experimental methods.Methods: Establishment of S180 sarcoma,H22 hepatoma solid tumors-bearing entities experimental animal models of mice,Experimental comparison of different dose group DBD combined with radiotherapy treatment and Treatment with radiotherapy alone group,DBD gavage group,saline sham treatment group. Measurement of tumor size and survival of tumor-bearing mice. Peripheral blood WBC,Hb,RBC counts,the thymic and splenic indices,serum transaminase activity of H22-bearing mice after radiotherapy.Application Dutch C6 rat glioma model, after DBD combined with radiotherapy treatment,collected serum,Cultured human lung cancer A549,SPCA1 cells,MTT assay measuring cell viability,Optical microscopy cell morphology,flow cytometry test cell cycle.Results: DBD with radiotherapy in the treatment of cancer,can significantly improve the survival of mice radiation therapy state,prolong the survival period,increase WBC counts in the peripheral blood,Improve thymus and spleen indices,promote apoptosis of tumor cells. The S180 sarcoma,dose27g/kg,7Gy X-ray(Fractionated,3.5 Gy * 2),inhibition rate of 47.22%. On the H22 hepatoma solid tumors,dose of 25g/kg,7Gy X-ray(Fractionated,3.5Gy * 2),the inhibition rate of 46.78%. On the liver and renal function have some protective effect. Can be significantly decreased serum transaminase activity in H22 hepatoma solid tumor-bearing mice after irradiation.DBD alone also have a certain inhibition of tumor growth,the role of Protection of the liver.Containing serum could inhibit the growth of human lung cancer A549,SPCA1 tumor cells,And the A549 cell growth arrest in G2/M phase.Conclusion: Radiotherapy in the treatment of tumors can be enhanced by DBD,Its synergistic mechanism is such as organ protectionã€promotion of the immune systemã€generate immune cells and cytokine production ect. |
