ObjectiveThe digital template was used to guide the non-flap implantation in the gap of dentition defect.The accuracy of the digital template was studied by measuring the deviation between the actual position of the implant and the preoperative design position,and the related factors affecting the accuracy were discussed,so as to provide certain guidance for clinicians to apply the digital template reasonably.MethodsData of patients undergoing flapless implantation with digital template in huizhou stomatological hospital affiliated to jinan university from December 2017 to December 2018 were collected.To match the CBCT image of postoperative with preoperative design scheme,To measure the deviation between the actual implant position and preoperative design position on the crown,the apex and the angle from mesiodistal and Buccolingual.To compare the difference of the deviation between the crown and the apex,To compare the difference of the deviation of the crown,the apex and Angle between the maxillary and mandibular,To compare the difference of deviation of the crown,the apex and Angle between the mesiodistal and Buccolingual.ResultsThe results showed the mean buccallingual deviation of the crown was1.40mmą0.80 mm,The maximum value was 2.98mm;The mean mesiodistal deviation of the crown was 1.43mmą0.90 mm,The maximum value was 3.38mm;The mean buccallingual deviation of the apex was 1.48mmą0.70 mm,The maximum value was2.80mm;The mean mesiodistal deviation of apex was 1.48mmą0.78 mm,The maximum value was 3.35mm;The mean buccallingual deviation of the angle was5.09°ą3.10°,The maximum value was 12.50°;The mean mesiodistal deviation of anglewas 4.37°ą2.70°,The maximum value was 12.40°.The results of statistical analysis showed that the deviation of the crown was smaller than the apex,but there was no statistical difference.The crown deviation of maxillary was greater than mandibular,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant differences of deviation of the apex and Angle between maxillary and the mandibular.There were no statistically significant differences of deviation of the crown,the apex and the angle between the mesiodistal and Buccolingual.ConclutionsThe accuracy of digital template is within the range of clinical acceptability,and it can be used as an auxiliary tool to guid flapless implant in dentition defect space.and it can reduce the occurrence of complications.but the accuracy of the digital template was still affected by many factors,and the maximum deviation may lead to serious complications.It is important for clinicians to understand the accuracy of digital template and its related affecting factors when to apply the digital template reasonably.
