Study On The Refined Management Of County Public Hospital Logistics

In recent years,with the development of society and the improvement of economic living standards,people's requirements for medical level and medical services are higher and higher.County level hospitals are the main body of primary medical services in China,the basis of China's medical security system,and play a role in the diagnosis and treatment of major diseases of primary patients.It is of great significance to promote the refined management of county hospital logistics to reduce the hospital operating costs and provide better medical services for the grassroots patients.Compared with municipal hospitals,county-level hospitals are in a weak position in policies,resources,talents and other aspects.Under the circumstances that some large-scale municipal hospitals have consciously reformed the logistics management and carried out refined management,county-level hospitals' logistics is influenced by traditional concepts,or operate logistics in a rough management mode.In this paper,according to the characteristics and actual situation of county hospitals,we will explore a fine logistics management road of county hospitals.In this paper,Ruian people's Hospital,which is in the forefront of county-level hospitals,is taken as the research object.Through reading a lot of literature,we can understand how to carry out refined logistics management in hospitals at home and abroad,and learn from it,as well as carry out investigation and research in various logistics departments of the hospital.In view of the lack of professional management talents,logistics resources and the inability of large hospitals in the logistics management of Ruian people's hospital Compared with the current situation,it finds the problems of unscientific workflow,weak cost awareness,imperfect management system and low overall quality of staff in the reform of logistics refined management.Through the analysis and research of these problems,there are some reasons for these problems,such as the backwardness of logistics management concept,the backwardness of logistics information construction,the lack of professionalism of logistics management team and the lack of standards of logistics management.Then,in view of the problems found in the research,it is proposed to promote the socialization,informatization,specialization and standardization of logistics.In order to achieve the combination of theory and practice,according to the author's work experience and the actual situation of county-level hospitals,this paper puts forward several feasible plans,including the refinement of logistics maintenance service,the refinement of logistics life service,the refinement of logistics fixed assets,the refinement of logistics energy supply and other measures,some of which have been applied in practice and some of which have been achieved The results include the effective reduction of failure rate after refined management of elevator and logistics equipment by Dai Minghuan and other methods,the convenience of clinical use,and the cost saving of the hospital after refined management of power energy.Through this study,the logistics management level of Ruian people's hospital has been significantly improved,which has made clear objectives and blueprints for further promotion of logistics refinement,and also provides samples for other extensive management of county-level hospital logistics reform in the future,which has great reference value.
