Study Of Logistics Fine Management In District Or County Hospitals

With the proposal of Healthy China strategy and the deepening of medical reform,hospitals should not only improve the level of medical technology,but also improve the level of logistics services.However,the traditional logistics service management had some shortcomings such as inappropriate staff structure,imperfect service system,low service efficacy,high cost and expenses,and did not meet the needs of rapiddevelopment of hospitals.Fine management aims to minimize management resources,reduce management cost and improve efficiency through decomposing the objectives and workflows,refining the management unit,ascertaining the management responsibility.The theory of fine management has been widely used in the optimization and refinement of enterprises and has obtained lots of achievements.In order to improve the quality of hospital logistics service,the use of logistics fine management in the hospital management has become a new requirement and trend.However,the relevant study is still lacking.In this study,first of all,we elaborated the relevant theoretical on the fine management and hospital logistics fine management by reviewing literatures to propose that the fine management theory was also applicable to the hospital logistics management.Second,we introducedthe logistics management mode and the status of Cangnan A hospital based on case analysis and field investigation.Its logistics problems were put forward after data collection and statistical analysis.We analyzed the present situation and the existing problems on the district hospital logistics outsourcing service management,logistics staff management,logistics cost management,logistics intelligent integration management in details to illustrate the necessity and urgency of the implement of fine management.Third,we proposed solutions of refined management on outsourcing services,personnel management,cost management and information construction to provide reference for the hospital leaders.As a result,the application of fine management of hospital logistics can establish standardized logistics service management system and standard standard operating procedure,then realize intelligent integrated management.It is also helpful to realize perfect service supervision and evaluation system,develop reasonable personnel team structure,and control logistics costs.It is great significance if hospitals carry out logistics fine management to improve its service level,satisfy the clinical staff and patients,and thus ensure hospital running safely and efficiently.
