Objective: To study the changes of serum CA-125 and CRP during IVF-ET and their relationship with ovarian reactivity and pregnancy outcome. Methods: Regression analysis was performed on infertile patients from October 2019 to January 2020 undergoing IVF / ICSI in Reproductive Medicine Department of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, totally of 104 cycles.Continuously monitor changes in serum CA-125 and CRP levels on basal day, start day, trigger day, ovum pick-up day, embryo transfer day,and 14 days after transplant. The eligible cycles were divided into 3 groups according to ovarian reactivity. The differences of CA-125 and CRP between the monitoring points between the groups were compared to confirm whether the serum CA-125 and serum CRP levels can be used to detect ovarian reactivity. And clear relationship with pregnancy outcomes.Results:1.In the IVF-ET cycle,CA-125 showed an upward trend from the trigger date to 14 days after transplantation;CRP showed an upward trend from the start date to the transplantation date, and downward to 14 days after transplantation.2.There was a significant correlation between basic CA-125 and AMH,which was positively correlated(P <0.050).There was a significant correlation between CA-125 and E2,P,on the trigger day, both of which were positively correlated(P <0.050).CRP is not related to any of them.3.By logistic regression analysis,CA-125 on the ops day and embryo transfer as an independent influencing factor of high ovarian response(P<0.050),and the areas under the ROC curve were 0.770 and 0.846,respectively,and CRP had no correlation.4.By Logistic regression analysis, the day CA-125 was the independentinfluencing factor of OHSS(P <0.050),and the area under the ROC curve was0.932.CRP is irrelevant.5.The CA-125 level at 14 days after transplantation was significantly higher in the pregnant population than in the non-pregnant population(P<0.050).CRP levels are not related to pregnancy.Conclusions:1.In the course of COH,the systemic inflammatory response is activated after the trigger of HCG,which increases serum CA-125 and CRP levels.2.Serum CA-125 levels are related to the secretion of steroid hormones E2 and P,and are positively correlated with them.3.Serum CA-125 levels are related to ovarian reactivity, which can predict the occurrence of OHSS.4.Serum CA-125 is related to pregnancy and increased in early pregnancy.5.There is no correlation between serum CRP level and ovarian response and pregnancy outcome.
