Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cold Blockage Of Rheumatoid Arthritis With No.1 BI-syndrome

Objective:In this study,first of all,from the aspects of theoretical research,to summarize the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis(RA),for the treatment of No.1 Bi-syndrome provides the theory basis for RA.Through randomized controlled trials,observation of the clinical curative effect,and preliminary evaluation of its effectiveness.Discuss the clinical and mechanism of action to provide reference for the Chinese medicine treatment of RA.Research methods:All cases are from July 2014 to January 2015 in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shiyan rheumatology clinic treatment,the clinical diagnosis of RA patients.Experimentally randomized,100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,Treatment group of 50 patients to No.1 party-based side,based on clinical symptoms treating,three times a day.The control group of 50 patients to treatment Tong Bi tablets,2 tablets,three times a day.There are two months for the treatment of the two groups.Preliminary evaluation will be based on the effective observation of symptoms before and after treatment,signs,laboratory parameters and the main safety indicators.Result:1.Before demographic data and former treatment of TCM symptoms and signs scores data comparison: included in the standard of 100 RA patients,through the comparison between groups,in gender,age,course of the disease and TCM symptoms and physical signs of integral,comparable,P>0.05.2.In the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms and physical signs of integral by the comparison between groups,there are differences between the treatment group and control group,P<0.05,is thought to have statistical significance,prompt treatment group in the field of symptoms and signs improved better than the control group.3.Treatment group in TCM symptoms and physical signs before and after the treatment,the patient's joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness,morning stiffness,chills symptoms than before treatment were obviously improved,with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Control group in TCM symptoms and physical signs before and after the treatment,the patient's joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness,morning stiffness,chills symptoms than before treatment were obviously improved,with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In terms of outcome of syndromes,the treatment group total effective rate was 96.0%;The control group total effective rate was 80.0%.6.Safety comparison,the treatment group in the research process without any adverse reaction;The control group,4 cases of the stomach,2 cases of stomach pain,1 case of dizziness.Conclusion:Treatment of No.1 Bi-syndrome is professor Zhao according to clinical experience for many years,to create the treatment of cold dampness bizu model for experience of RA,the whole party to " warming Yang to restore normal collateral,clearing damp pain,harmonize qi and blood,from protection of zhongzhou" for treatment,integrates functions of dehumidification,to modifying qi and blood of righting medicine at an organic whole,tapping and supplement,action,make Yang to Yin,spleen to wet dispelling and enhancement of blood,qi and blood,and meridians to change,stop the felling of pain.Treatment of No.1 Bi-syndrome,can effectively alleviate the felling of cold,ease the pain,alleviate the signs and symptoms.The patient evaluation it has good curative effect and less bad reaction.It can be used for a long time.At the same time,it is worth to be further studied and promoted in modern pharmacological functions and mechanism.
