Objective To study on the correlation between X-ray manifestations of breast cancer and molecular subtypes based on different expressions of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki-67.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 96 cases(110 lesions)of breast cancer with pathological classification confirmed by surgical pathology,and analyzed the correlation between the imaging manifestations and pathological classification of patients.The imaging data were grouped by whether the lesions had masses,calcifications,structural distortions,focal asymmetry and denseness,and enlarged lymph nodes.The morphology,margins,and calcifications of the masses were further grouped.According to the results of immunohistochemical indexes ER,PR,HER-2,and ki-67,the collected cases were divided into Luminal A type,Luminal B type,HER-2 overexpression type,and Basal-like type(four paired groups).Paired group analysis corresponding to the above image data,and statistical analysis of the results.Results Among the 110 breast cancer X-ray molybdenum target main feature groups,simple calcification(4/110,3.6%),simple mass(33/110,30.0%),mass with calcification(42/110,38.2%),mass with structure Distortion(11/110,10%),mass with calcification with structural distortion(17/110,15.5%),focal asymmetry and dense with calcification(3/110,2.7%),enlarged axillary lymph nodes(33/110),30.0%);Among them,the distribution of mass with calcification with structural distortion and enlarged axillary lymph node shadow among the four pathological types was statistically different(P <0.05): X-ray showed mass with calcification Most of the four pathological types of breast cancer with distorted structure areHER-2 overexpression type(34.6%),and few are Basal-like type(6.7%);X-ray characteristics of breast cancer pathological type with enlarged axillary lymph nodes Medium Luminal A is the least(5.3%).There were 103 cases with masses in all cases,including small lobes around the mass(13/103,12.6%),astral(42/103,40.8%)around the mass,and halo signs around the mass(8/103,7.8%),The periphery of the mass is blurred(43/103,41.7%);In the lump feature grouping,the pathological types of astral masses were mainly Luminal B type(47.9%)and Luminal A type(58.8%)(P <0.05);Basal-like type(71.4%)was more than HER-2 overexpression type(25.0%)(P <0.05).There were 66 cases with calcification in all cases,including indefinite calcification(5/66,7.6%),coarse heterogeneous calcification(2/66,3.0%),and small polymorphic calcification(30/66,45.5%),Fine line-like / fine-line branched calcification(5/66,7.6%),calcification regional distribution(5/66,7.6%),calcification cluster distribution(39/66,59.1%),calcification line-like distribution(1 / 66,1.5%),calcification-like distribution(8/66,12.1%);In the group of calcified morphology,the pathological types of breast cancer whose X-ray showed small polymorphic calcification were mainly HER-2 overexpression(66.7%)and Luminal A type(58.3%)(P <0.05);The distribution of calcification in cancer was not different among the four pathological types(P>0.05).Conclusion The X-ray of breast cancer are correlated with molecular subtypes,which has certain significance in predicting the biological behavior of breast cancer,judging the prognosis and guiding the choice of clinical treatment.
