Objective:This study will be in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the study of the carrier, with body acupuncture combined with the first minister of retaining needle acupuncture intervening, and hydrochloric acid the granisetron contrast, observe the postoperative nausea and vomiting, testing before intervention patients after gastrointestinal hormone level differences,to evaluate the effect of acupuncture prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and explore the acupuncture effects on gastrointestinal hormone levels,so as to provide new treatment for acupuncture prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting ideas and solutions.Method:The 84 patients who met the inclusion criteria for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the acupuncture group(42 patients)and the drug group(42 patients). The two groups had the same treatment measures before and during surgery, and the same basic treatment after surgery. At 30 min after surgery, acupuncture intervention was performed in the acupuncture group(the body needle was removed after 30 minutes, and the head needle was removed after 6 hours.),granisetron hydrochloride was injected intravenously. The occurrence of nausea and vomiting in the two groups was observed within 48 hours after surgery, and venous blood was extracted from the two groups before surgery,30 min after surgery, and 24 h after surgery. The changes of serum gastrin, ghrelin and motilin levels in the two groups were analyzed and compared. All data collected were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 software.Result:1.Analysis results of baseline data:There was no significant difference in LC gender, age, weight,BMI,operation duration, and total scores of postoperative vital signs between the acupuncture group and the drug group(P>0.05).The baseline between the groups was basically balancedand consistent, which was comparable.2.Efficacy evaluation of nausea and vomiting:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting between the acupuncture group and the drug group(P>0.05).Within 2-24 h after surgery, the incidence of nausea and vomiting between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the acupuncture group was significantly lower than the drug group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting between the two groups between 0 and 2 hours after surgery and within 24 to 48 hours after surgery(P>0.05).(2)There was a statistically significant difference between the score of nausea and vomiting in the acupuncture group and that in the drug group within 6-24 h after surgery(P<0.05),and the score of nausea and vomiting in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the drug group. There was no significant difference in the score of nausea and vomiting between the acupuncture group and the drug group within 0-6h and 24-48 h after surgery(P>0.05).3.Gastrointestinal hormone test results:The levels of gastrointestinal hormones in the acupuncture group and the drug group were compared before,30 min after and 24 h after surgery.(1)The serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones in the acupuncture group were statistically significant at 30 min after surgery compared with those before surgery in the same group(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant at 24 h after surgery compared with 30 min after surgery in the same group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups at 24 h after the operation(P>0.05).(2)The serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones in the drug group were statistically significant at 30 min after surgery compared with those in the same group before surgery(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups at 24 h after surgery and 30 min after surgery(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant 24 hours after the operation compared with that before the operation of the same group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)In general, acupuncture and granisetron hydrochloride had the same preventive and therapeutic effect on the overall incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, but the curative effect of acupuncture was better than granisetron hydrochloride within 2-24 h after surgery.(2)The acupuncture method of combining body needle with long head retention needle can improve the severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the therapeutic effect is similar to that of granisetron hydrochloride, and the lasting effect of acupuncture is longer.(3)The acupuncture method of body acupuncture combined with long head retention needle can improve the level of gastrointestinal hormone after surgery, accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal hormone level after surgery, and promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function.
