Postoperative nausea and vomiting are the most common adverse reactions except for pain after operation. In recent years, there has been some progress in the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting.but the incidence of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic surgery has been high. This study through the discussion of dexmedetomidine and palonosetron used alone and in combination with the effect of postoperative nausea and vomiting,to discuss the low-dose dexmedetomidine and palonosetron combined effect on nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.120 patients selected with American Society of anesthesiologists?ASA?grade III,aged 2065 years old, male or female, undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries by total intravenous anesthesia were randomized into 3 groups:group A,40 patients(0.2?g·kg-1dexmedetomidine);group B,40 patients?0.25 mg palonosetron?;group C,40 patients(0.2?g·kg-1dexmedetomidine+palonosetron).After the establishment of vein circuit, patients in group A intravenous injection of 5ml saline, group B and group C received intravenous palonosetron 0.25 mg.After induction of anesthesia, the A group and C group were injected with dexmedetomidine by the microinjection pump, and the B group was injected with normal saline 10 ml,and the pump was finished in 10 min.The operation time, extubation time, and the occurrence of nausea and vomiting in patients with 2h?T1?,12h?T2?,24h?T3?were recorded. Results found that the occurrence of nausea and vomiting in patients with single application of 0.2?g·kg-1dexmedetomidine was higher than that in single application of palonosetron,0.2?g·kg-1of dexmedetomidine combined with palonosetron can significantly reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients with laparoscopic resection. The use of 0.2?g·kg-1dexmedetomidine did not prolong the time of revival of anesthesia.
