Clinical Study Of Zhenwu Decoction On Insulin Resistance Of HBV-associated Hepatogenic Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:through the clinical observation of Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of hepatogenic diabetes,to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of HBV related hepatogenic glucose metabolism disorder.Methods:In this study,70 cases of hepatogenic diabetes were included in the randomized control method.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,including 35 cases in the experimental group and 35 cases in the control group.Two groups of patients were given antiviral treatment in the past,the control group was given basic treatment of Western medicine,the experimental group was given Zhenwu Decoction treatment on the basis of Western medicine basic treatment,4 weeks as a course,a total of 2 courses of observation.The changes of blood glucose,serum insulin,glycosylated hemoglobin,liver function,insulin resistance index,TCM syndrome score and overall curative effect were observed before and after treatment,and Spss26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)the completion of this study:a total of 70 cases meeting the standard were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The final number of cases was 65,including 32 in the experimental group and 33 in the control group.After statistical analysis,there was no statistical significance in the distribution of symptoms and signs,blood glucose and other indicators of baseline level in the two groups.(P>0.05),with comparability;(2)Effect comparison:the comprehensive effect of the experimental group was 84.3%,the control group was 60.7%.The overall effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)TCM syndrome:the total effective rate of TCM syndrome integral evaluation in the experimental group is 90.6%,and that in the control group is 69.7%.The TCM syndrome score in the experimental group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there is significant difference between the two groups;(4)comparison between the two groups:theimprovement of FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FINS,IR,ALT and TBIL in the experimental group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FINS,IR,ALT and TBIL in the experimental group is better than that in the control group There was significant difference between the two groups;(5)In group comparison:2h PG,ALT,TBIL were significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.05);FPG,Hb A1 c,FINS,IR were significantly improved before and after treatment in experimental group(P<0.05),but not in control group(P>0.05);(6)Safety comparison:no obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment,Zhenwu Decoction was safe.Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction has a significant effect on improving the abnormal glucose metabolism of patients with hepatogenic diabetes,without obvious adverse reactions;Zhenwu Decoction can reduce insulin resistance,stabilize blood sugar,and improve the level of liver function of patients.
