Purpose:This topic to postpartum hypogalactia as the research object,explore fin d the spectral rules of acupoints’ optimization and compatibility to treat postpartum hypogalactia,the selection and compatibility of the law for acupuncture treatment of p ostpartum hypogalactia regularity of breakthrough in the hole.Methods:This topic in Chinese hownet,VIP,and ten thousand square data knowl edge service platform and so on three big Chinese database Pubmed database on the basis of foreign language,as well as check and filter since 1949,acupuncture treatme nt of postpartum hypogalactia and collect and organize related literature,and literature research databases.Extract the prescriptions mentioned in each document in the datab ase and manually type the results into Microsoft Excel to establish a prescription rese arch database.Literature research database and prescriptions research related informatio n in the database entry to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary pla tform software for data analysis,to explore the acupoints of acupuncture in the treatm ent of postpartum hypogalactia frequency of usage,-meridian acupoints relevance,rel evance,and gas-parts-specific acupoints in den relevance,acupoints compatibility f requency,acupoints compatibility optimization rules,etc.Through the research results,we explore and discuss acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum la ctation,and finally form a spectrum of acupoint optimization and compatibility.Results:A total of 174 literature prescriptions related to acupuncture and moxibus tion for postpartum lactation were collected,covering 63 acupoints,and the total frequ ency was 540 times,covering 14 meridians.The results of acupoint frequency analysis:in Danzhong,Zusanli.Rugen,Shaoze,Taichong.Pishu in the majority;The results of correlation analysis of meridians were mainly focused on the stomach meridian.The results of correlation analysis were:the chest and upper extremity were the most acup oints.The results of specific acupoint analysis:five acupoints and the intersection poin t;Analysis of acupoint compatibility:in Danzhong,Rygen;Shaoze,Danzhong;Shaoze,Rugen;Shaoze,Danzhong,Rugen;The compatibility of Pi shu andZu san li is the hig hest.Conclusion:Selection of acupoints for acupuncture treatment of postpartum hypog alactia:Danzhong is the first choice and the selected points along the meridians and th e specific acupoints.According to the result,compatibility of acupoints is primarily bas ed on position,including the selection of the near point and the far point selection.
