Evaluation Of The Clinical Effect Of Oral Administration Of Jia Wei TuoLi XiaoDu Powder On Postoperative Perianal Abscess

Objective:The effect of this formula on postoperative recovery of low perianal abscess was observed by oral administration of Jiawei Tuoli Xiaodu powder,and the possible mechanism of action was explored by detecting and analyzing serum IL-10 and EGF before and after taking the medicine.Method:A total of 80 patients with low perianal abscess treated and operated between November 2018 and November 2019 in the Department of Anorectal Diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a test group and a control group,each with 40 patients.All patients were given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Jiawei Tori Fenzi San powder orally on this basis.Observe and record the differences in incision healing,pain scores,serum IL-10,serum EGF,etc.After all observation data are collected,use SPSS 21.0 statistical software to perform statistical analysis.Is it statistically significant to determine whether the P value is < 0.05 is the mark.According to the statistical results,the results of the curative effect evaluation are obtained.Result:1.All 80 patients who met the screening criteria were cured after corresponding treatment.2.On the 3rd day after surgery,the mean score of incision secretions in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P <0.05,which was significantly different.Better than control cases,P <0.05,with significant difference.3.On the 3rd,7th,14 th,and 21 st days after surgery,the mean score of incision granulation growth in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,P <0.05,which was significantly different.4.On the 2nd,3rd,5th,and 7th days after surgery,the mean pain score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,P <0.05,with significant differences.5.On the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after surgery,the mean incision depth of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P <0.05,which was significantly different.6.The incision healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,P <0.05,which was significantly different.7.The serum levels of IL-10 and EGF in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the second and seventh day after operation,P <0.05,which was significantly different.Conclusion:Oral administration of Jiawei Tuoli Xiaodu powder can improve the postoperative pain,promote the recovery of incision,increase the expression of cytokines(IL-10)and EGF,which can inhibit inflammation in serum,and may be one of the mechanisms of action.It has a good value of in-depth research and the prospect of expanding clinical application.
