Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia(Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis)with Plum-blossom Needle And Moving Cupping

Objective:In this study,we used a randomized control method to observe the difference of efficacy and safety between plum-blossom needle combined with moving cupping and single treatment of Gabapentin capsules for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(Syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis).Furthermore,to explore whether the plum-blossom needle combined with the moving cupping has more advantages in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia than single drug treatment,in order to find new treatment options for patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods:Seventy cases that meet the inclusion criteria were randomly selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group of 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated only with gabapentin capsules;treatment group was treated with plum-blossom needle combined with moving cupping,twice a week,two weeks a course of treatment,and a total of 4 weeks of treatment observation was planned.It is planned to follow up the cured patients within 3 months after treatment to observe the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and further compare the VAS scores of patients before treatment,1 course of treatment,and after treatment,as well as compare the PSQI score before and after treatment.At the same time,the recurrence,adverse reactions,and adverse events were recorded.Finally,we assessed whether the plum-blossom needle combined with the moving cupping treatment has advantages in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,all the data were analyzed using SPSS25.0.Result:1.Efficacy comparison: the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.87%,and the cure rate plus apparent efficiency was 71.88% after 4 weeks of treatment.While the total effective rate in the control group was 78.78%,and the cure rate plus apparent efficiency was 36.36%.The total effective rate,cure rate and apparent efficiency of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p <0.05).2.Comparison of VAS score of pain:After 1 course of treatment and the end of the course of treatment,the comparison within the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(p<0.05),although both treatments can relief patient pain.In detail,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after 1 course of treatment(p=0.038<0.05);and there was statistical significance between the two groups after the end of the course of treatment(p=0.003<0.05).Overall,the treatment group is better than the control group in relieving pain.3.comparison of PSQI sleep quality score: After the end of the course of treatment,the comparison within the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(p=0.000 <0.001),although both groups can improve sleep quality.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment as well(p=0.002<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving sleep quality.4.There were no significant differences in recurrence rate,adverse reaction rate,and safety between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was low,and there was no recurrence and no adverse events in the cured patients in both groups.Conclusion:1.Both the plum blossom needle combined with canal moving cupping method and the use of gabapentin alone to treat postherpetic neuralgia can improve the patient's pain,but the plum-blossom needle combined with moving cupping therapy has better clinical efficacy,less adverse reactions and more safer,which has certain clinical promotion value.2.Plum-blossom needle combined with moving cupping therapy can help patients with postherpetic neuralgia to improve sleep quality,clinical application has more advantages.
