Objective:This study observed the clinical efficacy of plum blossom needle tapping combined with cupping in the treatment of item dorsal myofascitis,in order to provide a convenient, cheap, safe and reliable method for the treatment of item dorsal myofascitisMethods:From June 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with dorsal myofascitis in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology and the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion in Yangzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into three groups. The treatment group was treated with plum blossom needle tapping combined with cupping, while the control group a was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with cupping, once every 5 days, and 3 times as a course of treatment.Control group b was treated with Ireoxib,0.1g in the morning and evening. The total score of symptoms and signs, pain grading index(PRI),visual analogue score(VAS),existing pain intensity(PPI),curative effect, recurrence rate and adverse reactions in the course of treatment were compared among the three groups before and after treatment during the follow-up period of 15 days, and statistical analysis was carried outRESULTS:There was no significant difference in the cardinal number among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05)(1)the total scores of symptoms and signs,PRI,VAS and PPI in the three groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01and);(2).There were significant differences in the total scores of symptoms and signs among the three groups after treatment(P<0.01 andP<0.01 respectively). The treatment group was significantly better than the control group b(P,the control group a was better than the control group b(P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group a(P>0.05);(3)PRI score:there was significant difference among the three groups after treatment. The b(P of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of VAS and PPI between the control group a and the control group b(P>0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups after treatment.(5)comparison of curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,that of the control group a was 65%,and that of the control group b was 45%.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(b(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the control group a was better than that of the control group(b(P<0.05).(6)comparison of recurrence rate:there was significant difference in recurrence rate among the three groups(P<0.05);(7)adverse reactions:no adverse reactions were found, and the adverse reaction rate was 0%.Conclusion:1.The three treatments can effectively treat myofascitis, relieve pain and improve patients' symptoms and signs.2.For the treatment of nape myofascitis, plum blossom needle tapping combined with cupping therapy and ordinary acupuncture combined with cupping therapy are superior to oral Iricoxib in the score of symptoms and signs and the overall curative effect.Non-drug therapy may be better than drug therapy in the treatment of item-back myofascitis.3.Plum blossom needle tapping combined with cupping therapy can not only relieve pain, improve symptoms, but also relieve patients' bad mood of tension and anxiety, and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of nape myofascitis, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
