Clinical Efficacy Observation On Acupoint Application Treating Functional Constipation

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint application by observating the changes of TCM symptoms and major symptoms reduced by this acupoint application sticking on Shenque point combining lactulose to cure functional constipation.Which is used to find a better treatment with economy,efficacy,and good compliance.Methods From October 1,2016 to December 31?2017,60 patients with functional constipation who were diagnosed as being hospitalized or outpatient in the spleen and stomach department were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 30 example.At the same time as the basic treatment,the control group was treated with lactulose oral solution,and the treatment group was treated with this acupoint application sticking on Shenque point in combination with lactulose oral solution.2 weeks for a course of treatment.The ingredient of the acupoint application:Xiaozhang laxative powder,They are Rhubarb,Evodia,Citrus aurantium,ginger juice,etc.Observe the changes in fecal traits,frequency of spontaneous bowel movements,difficulty in defecation,defecation time,abdominal distention,Tenesmus and TCM symptoms in the two groups after being treated,and the situation after two weeks of drug withdrawal,and carry out statistical analysis.Results According to Ridit analysis,(1)Comparing the main subjective symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group at 2 weeks,but there was no significant difference because P>0.05.After two weeks of drug withdrawal,P<0.05,the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.(2)Comparing the comprehensive curative effect of objective symptoms,2 weeks of treatment,P<0.05 the objective symptom improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group,with statistical difference.After two weeks of drug withdrawal,P<0.05,the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.(3)Compared with the two groups of patients in the treatment of TCM symptoms,after 2 weeks of treatment,P>0.05,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group is better than that in the control group,but there is no significant difference.After two weeks of drug withdrawal,P<0.05,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups in the two groups.Conclusion Acupoint application is more effective than monotherapy in combination with lactulose.Significant difference after two weeks of drug withdrawal and fewer adverse reactions.This acupoint application can effectively improve the stool characteristics and increase the frequency of defecation.It can be used as an effective method to treat functional constipation and is worthy to be popularized.
