Objective: Observing the Therapeutic Effect of Spleen and kidney deficient Infantile Enuresis from the Treatment of Auricular-Plaster Combined with She Quan Zhi Yi Tang(SQZYT);preliminary studying the effectiveness and safety of external therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of Infantile Enuresis.Method: Collecting the standard child patients of Spleen and kidney deficient Infantile Enuresis with ages distribute from 5-12.The patients were divided into treatmentand control group according to the odevity of registration order,each group had 37 patients.Patients from treatment group were treated by Auricular-Plaster Combined with SQZYT,patients from control group were treated by SQZYT.All patients were given the basic treatment for 4 weeks.After the treatment,we evaluated the therapeutic effect and safety,and followed up the patients that improved or completed improved after 6 months' treatment.We employed the software SPSS22.0 for analyzation.Results: 1.Baseline information evaluation: There was statistical significance between the integral difference of the two groups(P>0.05)regarding gender,age distribution,and the main and secondary symptoms before the treatment,the results of the two groups were comparable.2.The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine:(1)the effect of main symptoms: The treatment for the two groups were both effective and the therapeutic effect for the treatment group was better than that for the control group(P<0.05).(2)the effect of secondary symptoms: The treatment for the two groups were both effective,the treatment group performed better than the control group on symptoms mental fatigue and spontaneous perspiration(P<0.05),the two groups perform comparable on symptoms inappetence and thin sloppy stool(P>0.05)..(3)The overall effect of traditional Chinese medicine: Overall cure rate for the treatment group was 91.7%;overall cure rate for the control group was 85.3%.The overall cure rate for the treatment group was better than that for the control group(P<0.05).3.Evaluation on the effect: short-term efficacy: The overall cure rate for the treatment group was 88.9%;the overall cure rate for the control group was 79.4%.The effect for the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Long-term effect:the difference of the two groups had no statistical significance.4.evaluation on the safety: the physical examination,auxiliary examination for the child patients were normal no matter before or after the treatment,no adverse reactions appeared during the treatment.Conclusion: Treatments for the two groups were both effective for the main and secondary symptoms.The treatment group performed better than the control group on secondary symptoms such as mental fatigue and spontaneous perspiration;the two groups performed comparable on the secondary symptoms such as inappetence and thin sloppy stool.For the traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic effect and short-term curative effects,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group.The two methods performed comparable on the long-term efficacy.
