| ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to analyze the TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)constitution type classification of lactational mastitis in Chongqing,to investigate the TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)constitution type classification of lactational mastitis in chongqing and to analyze their correlation,so as to provide reference for the early prevention of e lactational mastitis in chongqing and promote the improvement of nursing level of prevention and treatment of lactational mastitis by traditional Chinese medicine.Method1.Using the method of epidemiological survey,according to the criteria of inclusion,exclusion and exclusion of diseases,from April 2019 to December 2019,outpatients or inpatients from Chongqing traditional Chinese medicine hospital,Chongqing health center for women and children,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,Beibei traditional Chinese medicine hospital and Chongqing third people's hospital were selected.2.According to the previous research,we developed a questionnaire,and adopted the method of on-the-spot questionnaire survey,which included the general situation of patients,living habits,etc.,and carried out constitution determination and analysis.The method of constitution determination is based on the standard of classification and determination of constitution of traditional Chinese Medicine published by the Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine in April 2009.3.After the completion of data collection,the Excel database was established,the data was checked and entered by two researchers,and finally SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis and processing.Descriptive analysis was used,frequency and percentage were used for counting data,mean ± standard deviation((?)±s)was used for measuring data;T test of two independent samples was used for comparison between two groups,single factor analysis of variance was used for comparison between multiple groups,and multivariate logistic regression was usedfor multi factor analysis,P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result1.458 patients were included in this study.Most of them were 20-29 years old with an average age of 27.44 ± 3.67 years;The diet habit was the most spicy(56.3%),followed by light(38.6%),sweet and greasy(3.9%),fat(1.1%);during the lactation period,breast milk and milk powder mixed feeding was the main feeding mode(65.3%),followed by pure breast milk feeding(31.9%),milk powder feeding(2.8%).2.In the distribution of constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine,the frequency of occurrence is in turn: Pinghe quality 289(21.6%);Qi deficiency quality(14.5%);Yin deficiency quality(13.4%);damp heat quality(12.7%);qi depression quality(10.2%)= Yang deficiency quality(10.2%);phlegm dampness quality(9.0%);blood stasis quality(5.3%);special quality(3.1%).Besides Pinghe quality,Qi deficiency quality is the most common biased constitution.3.The results of one-way ANOVA showed that diet habit,personality type,whether to give birth,delivery mode,feeding mode and the condition of nipple chaps in lactation may be the related factors of the patients with Qi deficiency.Then,through multiple logistic regression analysis,the results showed that diet habit,feeding mode and the frequency of nipple chaps in lactation were the related factors of the patients with Qi deficiency.Conclusion1.In addition to the quality of peace,Qi deficiency is the most common type of biased constitution in the patients with lactational mastitis.Eating habits,feeding methods and frequency of nipple chaps during lactation are the related risk factors.2.In addition to the medical intervention,we should also strengthen the health education related to the disease,improve the cognition of breast-feeding of the pregnant women,and adjust the constitution of the pregnant women with deficiency of Qi from the aspects of diet,emotion,daily life,feeding mode,etc.,which will be beneficial to the clinical prevention and treatment of breast-feeding. |
