Objective To explore the effect of Serum Uric Acid(SUA)levels on the occurrence of cholelithiasis. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted to collect the physical examination data of 97,469 subjects who underwent physical examination by Kailuan group employees from June 2006 to December 2015.The epidemiological investigation contents, anthropometric indexes and biochemical indexes were collected respectively. The subjects were divided into four groups according to the quartile level of serum uric acid. The clinical data characteristics of the four groups were compared by statistical method;the incidence of cholelithiasis was calculated in the four groups;the influence of serum uric acid level on the incidence of new cholelithiasis was calculated: dose-response relationship between serum uric acid level and the risk of cholelithiasis, comparison of the goodness of fit of serum uric acid on Cholelithiasis model, and stratification by gender The influence of posterior serum uric acid level on the incidence of cholelithiasis, the situation of serum uric acid in different genders and different levels of serum uric acid by age stratification on the incidence of cholelithiasis. The incidence rate of gallstone disease in different serum uric acid groups was calculated by the incidence of human / annual incidence. The risk ratio of HR(COX)and 95%CI were analyzed by different risk factors. Results The total incidence rate was 7.2 thousand person / year. The incidence rate of Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 in the group of 6 thousand and 340 person / year,6 thousand and 910 person / year,7 thousand and 440 person / year and 8 thousand and 190 person / year respectively.COX risk ratio model showed that after adjusting the influence of gender, age and other confounding factors on the incidence of cholelithiasis, compared with Q1 group, the risk of new cholelithiasis in Q3 and Q4 group increased(HR: 1.10,1.12;95% CI: 1.01?1.20,1.03?1.23,P < 0.05).Conclusions The risk of cholelithiasis increased with the increase of serum uric acid level, which was independent of other risk factors.Figure 4;Table 6;Reference 41...
