Objectives 1 This study will investigate the current situation of self-management and self-efficacy of young and middle-aged people in zhangjiakou after PCI;2 and to analyze the influencing factors of self-management and self-efficacy;and to explore the relationship between self-management and self-efficacy.Methods This study selected between October 2018 and August 2019 in zhangjiakou, hebei province one three hospital(the second hospital affiliated to hebei north college, the first hospital in zhangjiakou, zhangjiakou xuangang hospital)215 routine PCI and cure of young and middle-aged patients with outpatient care after discharge as the research object. This study used general data questionnaire, disease related data table, perceived social support scale, coronary heart disease self-management Behavior Scale, chronic disease self-efficacy scale, coronary heart disease knowledge questionnaire, medication compliance scale questionnaire to survey. After verification, all data were quantified or assigned to Excel for input, and SPSS17.0 software was used for analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was used for general demographic data, variance analysis and t-test were used for single-factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis was used for multi-factor analysis.Pearson analysis was used to investigate the correlation between selfmanagement of coronary heart disease and understanding of social support,self-efficacy of chronic diseases and knowledge level of coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged patients after PCI.P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results 1 The total score of self-management of young and middle-aged patients after PCI was(80.93±9.78)points,with a score index of 59.95%,with a low level of selfmanagement behavior; The patient's total score of self-efficacy was(5.46±1.80),and the patient's self-efficacy was at a medium level.2 Affects young and middle-aged patients with PCI postoperative self-management of single factor analysis showed that: the self management total score in age, culture level, the average family income, the types of drugs, health care, regular monitoring of blood pressure, regular monitoring of blood sugar, blood lipid, reasonable diet, exercise regularly monitored adherence, history of acute myocardial infarction(ami),duration, number of coronary angiography, coronary heart disease knowledge and understanding of social support, medication adherence, endowment insurance score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of multifactor analysis showed that the factors influencing the total score of self-management of young and middle-aged patients after PCI were in descending order according to the standard regression coefficient, from the largest to the smallest, including disease course, coronary angiography times, exercise compliance, regular monitoring of blood lipids, knowledge level of coronary heart disease, family monthly income, and regular monitoring of blood glucose.3 Affects young and middle-aged patients with PCI postoperative selfefficacy of single factor analysis showed that: self-efficacy scores in age, culture level, the average family income, pay close attention to drug, regular monitoring, regularly monitored by regular monitoring of blood sugar, blood fat, blood pressure history of acute myocardial infarction(ami),reasonable diet, exercise adherence, duration, number of coronary angiography, coronary heart disease(CHD)levels of knowledge, understanding of social support, medication adherence, endowment insurance there is statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The results of multi-factor analysis showed that the factors influencing the total score of self-efficacy of young and middle-aged patients after PCI were rational diet, social support level, history of acute myocardial infarction, and education level in descending order according to the standard regression coefficient.4Pearson correlation analysis: There was a significant positive correlation between the total score of self-efficacy and the total score of self-management in young and middle-aged patients after PCI(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significantCnclusions 1 Young and middle-aged patients after PCI had a low level of selfmanagement and a medium level of self-efficacy.2 Disease course, exercise compliance, number of coronary angiograms, regular monitoring of blood lipid, average monthly family income, knowledge level of coronary heart disease, regular monitoring of blood glucose, and medication compliance were the influencing factors of self-management after PCI in young and middle-aged adults;Education level, reasonable diet, history of acute myocardial infarction and social support level were the influencing factors of self-efficacy after PCI in young and middle-aged adults; The higher the level of self-management of young and middle-aged patients after PCI,the better their sense of self-efficacy.Figure 0;Table 24;Reference 157...
